10.01.2022 Coming back from my one hour restricted daily walk whilst in Melbourne lockdown has its challenges and I wasn't looking forward to getting back home and out of the sun. I would highly recommend this workshop for many reasons but my biggest take away was identifying my strengths as a way to support my my goals. There have been times throughout this pandemic that I've caught myself not leading from my heart, soul and intuition and instead tapped into the excessive noise of this pandemic. Yes it is important to be connected and aware of what is happening but how much information is actually serving? What kind of information do you want to be guided by? Internal or all external or others views and opinions? How do you decide to show up? What is your heartfelt desire and intuition telling you? If you listen and sit in your inner world it will eventually balance the noise of the external providing clarity and insight. Balance is key my friends. #meditation #mindfulness #wellbeing
