19.01.2022 Working on my bike last weekend, A fork oil change: Honda CBR600RR. Not all manufacturers include a fork oil change in service schedules, but the fork oil has to continue to provide good damping and lubricating the sliding surfaces inside the fork at all times. Little loss of damping performance and having a noise brought me to attention. It could be less oil in the forks or failed fork seals and it’s important to check it out.... Here’s the thing, I did change the seals and refresh the oil in both forks even though everything looks fine! To be honest! TOO much work and a LOT of steps!!! But good to doing it for the shock and forks are in good condition.
