25.01.2022 How incredibly gorgeous and special is this precious handmade gift from one of my sweet patients?! The love and care that has gone into creating this, is incredible. Not to mention the handmade perfume smells like a soft flowery dream. (And has no synthetic hormone distrupting chemicals- big deal for us in the clinic ) My heart is so grateful for the amazing people I meet in my life, especially thanks to my 'job' which rarely feels like a job at all. ... Thank youuu @katepalmieri_ You are such a beautiful soul! I just had to share
18.01.2022 Tea Pills If you're one of my patients, you might be familiar with these little guys. These teeny tiny herbal Tea Pills may be small but they sure are powerful. They have the ability to calm your mind, strengthen your digestion, improve sleep and mood, regulate hormones and improve your energy ( + so much more depending what your body is needing, of course). They are easy to take, and are a simple way to get your daily dose of ancient Chinese Herbal Medicine. ... These are just one way of getting your Herbal medicine, we also have Raw Herbs, Teas, Granules, Tinctures, Capsules and Tablets. See more
16.01.2022 FERTILITY, ACUPUNCTURE & TCM Lately I've been getting quite a few questions about fertility and if Acupuncture is helpful? The answer is YES! *... Acupuncture and Chinese herbs can be helpful on any part of your fertility journey! ~ Acupuncture helps to increase blood flow to reproductive organs. Bringing with it important nutrients, oxygen and hormones to the area! ~ Acupuncture + Herbs are able to thicken the endometrial lining, creating an environment ideal for implantation! ~ Can regulate your cycle, balance hormones and encourage regular ovulation. Increasing chances of conceiving naturally. A healthy cycle = an indicator of good health and fertility! ~ Stimulates follicle growth which houses your precious eggs ~ Reduces stress and Anxiety. This is Bigger and more important than you may think! When your body is chronically stressed and anxious, it shuts down reproductive functions, decreasing fertility. When we are relaxed, hormones are at optimal levels and your body will WANT to co-operate with your fertility plans. ~ Reduces inflammation the body doesn't like inflammation, especially when trying to conceive. ~ Acupuncture is also amazing for Men's fertility health too! Many studies have shown an increase in sperm quality and count. ~ If you have any other questions, feel free to get in contact! - Sabrina xxx - I couldn't find the creator of this beautiful image, if anyone knows I would love to give credit. (I also added the words fertility and Acupuncture on there myself)
15.01.2022 Hi, for those of your who don't know (as I don't show myself on here too often), I'm Sabrina, the human behind @sabrinaborg.tcm . I wasn't originally going to post this picture as I didn't want to dampen the message of the important cause of the Turkish femicide. However, I want to stand with women everywhere especially our Turkish sisters and support their movement with the use of the hashtags #kadnaiddetehayr and #istanbulsözlemesiyaatr which translate to "Say no to... violence against women and Enforce the Istanbul convention. Women everywhere deserve the basic human right for safety and freedom. Women are the embodiment of life, love and creation, a Yin force in this Yang world Thank you @tcmbyshanice & @freedtobeme @dalenadoesmakeup for the nomination
14.01.2022 A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of participating In a community relief project for fire affected communities and local RFS teams of Buxton and surrounding suburbs. The event offered healing support for the residents and volunteers of the area in forms of Hypnotherapy and Acupuncture (and a surprise appearance from a cute puppy ). The people from these communities have been through tragic times, it was heartbreaking to hear their stories. However, their resilience, com...munity spirit and bravery was truly inspiring, and a real honour to provide support for them I just want to thank Kimmy Buckley Hill from Angelic Massage Therapy for putting so much time and effort into organising the event, you're an amazing human I also shared the healing space with Lyn Stevens (Acupuncturist) and Noel Stevens (Hypnotherapist) from Alternative Therapies, who are two talented, caring, health professionals who made a positive impact on the community that day. Also, A Big thank you to Sohial Farzam from Needlepro Australia for generously donating boxes of our favourite Dong Bang needles for the event. We greatly appreciate your support.

10.01.2022 - still able to support you - At this moment, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners are considered primary health care providers and are still allowed to practice during the COVID-19 pandemic in Australia. Of course, things are changing very rapidly day by day, and I am not sure how long I will be able to continue practicing (as well as if I feel it is the right thing to do in these circumstances). My patient's safety is my main priority, so I have put e...xtra hygiene measures in place to reduce risk for myself and for everyone else who enters the clinic. I am also in the process of spacing out my appointments to allow adequate time before and after each patient for sanitization. I kindly ask that you please reschedule your appointment if you have ANY symptoms such as: * Sore throat * Cough * Fever * Body aches * Generally feeling unwell or been in contact with any COVID-19 carriers or patients. If you do arrive at the clinic exhibiting any of these symptoms or signs I will be unable to treat you. I am not taking these measures lightly, thank you for understanding. * * If you are feeling unwell, or unable to come into the clinic for any reason, I am able to offer online or phone consulations and still will be able to prescribe herbs, supplements, dietary advice, acupressure prescriptions etc for the time being. ** -Take care, Sabrina xx
09.01.2022 Energy // Qi Lately I've been really trying to focus on what I can do to spend and preserve my energy more mindfully. Your energy is your life force (Qi). We have to have a balance of things we do that enrich our Qi or deplete out Qi. Many of us live predominantly in the 'energy taking' side. This can lead to many imbalances in our bodies (ESPECIALLY for Women).... digestive symptoms fatigue headaches poor sleep hormonal imbalance (painful, heavy/light, irregular/missing periods) weight gain/loss body pain skin flare-up If you're noticing imbalances in your body and you're living mainly in the 'energy taking' list, try prioritising enriching activities in your day and see if you notice changes. If you need a little bit of extra help, acupuncture and herbs are amazing for balancing the mind body and spirit - Sabrina

08.01.2022 B R E A T H E Take this 30 seconds to stop scrolling, pause and breathe ... Unclench your jaw. Relax your tongue. Let your shoulders drop How is your posture? Are you breathing deeply from your belly or shallow with your shoulders? What is your body telling you? Use this as an opportunity to reset your day, redirect any negative or limiting thoughts, realign, do an activity that brings you joy, sit out in the sun and get some vitamin D, get some movement, listen to music, smell your favourite smells. Make sure to prioritise your self care and do what makes you happy, because life is happening now Just a passionate message today because, I see so many people in clinic burnt out, living their lives for other people, chasing never ending goals, 'hustling' and waiting for things to change to enjoy their life Please be kind to your body and mind, listen to what it tells you and nourish your soul today See more
06.01.2022 Healing Hands of the Ngangkari Ngangkari are Traditional Indigenous healers from the Western Desert in Central Australia, which includes the Pitjantjatjara, Ngaanyatjarra and Yankunytjatjara peoples. Their practice is passed down generations and they heal through bush medicine, spiritual alignment and smoking ceremonies. Not many people know about the existence of these healers. Even though I am not an expert on this topic, my goal is to bring awareness. A Ngangkari... is born with the gift of healing, they can sense and feel peoples imbalances and pain. Traditionally they would be the care takers of their Tribe/community. They also believe disease is caused by 'obstructions' or 'blockages' in the human body and spirit which is also similar to the thinking of Traditional Chinese medicine, which I find fascinating. Connection to country is an important part of Ngangkari medicine, they believe when you lose connection to your land, you become unwell. In recent years they have been included in some medical care centres in South Australia as complimentary therapists. I have seen some amazing videos and documentaries on the power of their healing. We have so much to learn from the wisdom of Indigenous People of this Country #equality #blacklivesmatter #indigenous #medicine
