21.01.2022 So blessed to still be in the lives of @kyrienovak @misstsubi @alexnovaktokyo family! It was so lovely to meet Lilia Tsubasa Novak. Two years ago I cared for Tsubasa and her first born Kyrie with postpartum confinement care for 7 weeks, since then I have joined them on overseas adventures and now I get to meet their gorgeous little baby girl. ... It’s never enough time but I am truely grateful to have them in my life.

03.01.2022 It has been so lovely to be caring for this beautiful new mum during her 40 day confinement period. (The Golden Month) it has been an honour to go through this postpartum journey with Putiska, as she was raised here in Australia and decided to embrace her culture and their traditions. Her beautiful mother passed on her knowledge and feed her traditional foods that nourished her, also included massage and abdominal binding to nurture her body and has been supported with this... wisdom that is passed down from generation to generation. I have learnt so many new things from the Nepalese culture as well which is what I love - supporting, nurturing and nourishing a new mum is so essential and you can see the benefits of these traditions and their ways.
