Multiple positions available for skilled candidates. 9 day fortnight (Monday-Friday Monday-Thursday day shift only) 7&7 rosters Floating Field Service... It is essential that you have experience on Large hydraulic Excavators and Face Shovels CAT, Liebherr, Hitachi. :Heavy Trade Certificate :Previous experience conducting breakdowns and component change outs/ fault finding :Client and employer focused :Able to work unsupervised Current High risk tickets EWP/WAH required but not essential . 21.01.2022 Tried and tested our new SHR built power pack walking a 600T class face shovel from 75 metres clearance of the machine using Autec wireless remote. SHR have had the Power pack on site for cylinder change outs during PM days and major outages eliminating live testing with positive feedback from the customer.

13.01.2022 SHR recently carried out a major outage on a EX5600 for a valued client. The job had an extensive work scope of repairs on and off site. This job was successfully completed on time with the assistance of IMS and S&S Heavy Haulage.

05.01.2022 A massive project completed just before Christmas in which SHR demobilized an RH340B from out the coal fields and transported into our Mackay facility to completely strip and overhaul the machine. The scope of works was extensive from : Convert to Face Shovel from Excavator : New chassis : Complete re-hose... : Strip and overhaul track frames including bearing : Major component overhaul : Complete blast and paint and the list goes on. Once completely rebuilt the machine was ran up with all testing carried out and hydraulic tuned. Confirmation was given from the Client of the destination point as the machine was stripped and transported to Mackay Port. A massive thank you goes out to our team and all that were involved in this project to make it a success.
