We can spend a lot of our lives wishin...g and hoping that some treasure will come our way. We can forget that we already possess a wonderful treasure in our loved ones and in the gift of life itself. And the greatest treasure of all is the kingdom of heaven which Jesus freely offers to us. 10.01.2022 PRAYER FOR FATHERS God our Father, through the intercession of St. Joseph, foster father of Your Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, we give you thanks and praise for o...ur fathers. We pray for them so that they may find the courage and perseverance to balance work, family and faith, in joy and sacrifice. We pray for those whose children are lost or suffering; May they know that the God of compassion walks with them in their sorrow. We pray for men who are not fathers but still mentor and guide us with fatherly love and advice. We remember fathers, grandfathers, and great grandfathers who are no longer with us but who live forever in our memory and nourish us with their love. Amen.
