22.01.2022 We all get so busy and life gets hectic and we can tend to forget about our selves and your self care, life can become unbalanced, by taking care of ourselves we are taking care of all the people in our lives...so a few tips/ideas to help bring things back into balance...Along with a yoga class to nurture your body and mind...our yoga classes are as usual this week 6pm Monday and 9.30 Tuesday @ Branxton Community Hall...see you all there for an hour of self care

11.01.2022 Some thing different...Elemental yoga, this week we tap into the Earth Element with a Yin Yoga class, slow deep stretches with long holds...6pm Monday and 9.30 am Tuesday...
