For the past week I have been partaking in a healing meditation, unfortunately or fortunately, I am never alone when I do these kind of wondrous thing and sometimes a girl just needs a moment to herself In today's session, I had a gathering of clients who want to work with me in my session and I have agreed to take a meditational healing journey with them.... If the name of your beautiful Animal companion appears in the list below, just know they are participating in a wondrous, beautiful, self healing, self acknowledging practice every morning for 5 consecutive days. 24.01.2022 Day 7 - The Glad Game
24.01.2022 Amazing is only one word that describes this beautiful being. She was amazed that I actually took the time to speak with her and tell her how amazing she is. Normally people look at her and say "She is going to fall one day" and only see the death of her and not her alive spirit. Her name is Nanundra. Nanundra told me that she is a one of the sentry trees that keep watch over the oceans and receive and transmit messages to the whales. They send the messages via the ground... through vibration and the whales echo back to them. It is not the land vs the ocean and they are two separate things, they co-create, both feeding off each other. Nanundra told me many things about the oceans, and how if the surrounding land is sick that it affects her friends in the Forrests of the oceans and how more care is needed in protecting our oceans. Such a beautiful tree, such a beautiful moment.

22.01.2022 The Best Christmas Present EVER!!!! Words dont often fail me, but yesterday I received the best Christmas Present ever. Beautiful Ms Daisy was bitten by a snake, her chances of surviving were limited and the vets didnt hold out much hope for her to make the night.... Miracles do happen. When you believe with all your heart that magic happens and hold onto that, then Magic truly happens. I reached out to the spirit people and asked for their help, I reached out to my beautiful tribe of people for love and prayers of healing. I believed in the magic of energetically sending her remedies and potions and anything else I could think of whilst the vets and vet nurses tended to her beautifully. Deepest gratitude for their love and care and the quick response on their behalf. I can not thank people enough for their support and the love they showed to both Daisy and my family. Today, sitting in all the gratitude that I have in my heart, I wish you all the very Merry of Christmas's. May you find absolute joy, peace and love in your heart and spread the word of love and gratitude world wide. Much Love to you all as we celebrate with family and then bring in the new year. 22.01.2022 Thursday's Thoughts. In ancient Andian tradition, it is said that you are born with two books, one is silver and one is gold. The silver one has the step by step program for your life and is full of tips and tricks to get you through. Your whole life is laid out in front of you, you dont have to make choices or decisions you just follow the guide.... The gold one has blank pages, so you can write your own life story, your own dreams, your own lessons and what it is you believe you were born to do. You can write your desires, your dreams and passions. You are in charge of writing the script for yourself. You can only choose one book. Which book do you choose??

21.01.2022 This reminds me of a time when my daughter transformed a persons life. One particular morning she was walking alone through a park on her way to work. There was a homeless man sitting on the ground on the side of the path. As she passed him, she greeted him and wished him a happy day. She kept on walking, she heard him get up, her fear started to rise. She could hear him right behind her, her fear got stronger. He tapped her on her back. Her fear was really heightened.... She turned around ready to embrace anything but was not ready for what he said. "Hey Miss, thank you. Thank you for acknowledging me and wishing me a good day. Nobody ever takes the time to speak with me, today you did and I wanted you to know how much of difference you have made to my day" With that, he turned and walked away. We can choose to make a difference, we can choose to be light, we can choose to be love. Just one second is all it takes to tell someone how amazing they are.

21.01.2022 This amazing being came into my life, Miss Daisy Dog. One year ago, she was broken, scared, terrified of men, terrified of brown dogs, would go for and kill anything in front of her if she was on the lead. ... She came to us with two collars on, which a choker lead and harness. Nobody new why she had to have two collars. We certainly found out why. Daisy certainly had a OMG factor about her. She also had a OMG factor about her because I could see her heart, I could see who she was beneath all of the outer terror. I knew we were going to have such a magical journey together and we were old souls together, reigniting. There wasn't a day I didnt show up for her, there wasn't a day I didnt have the courage to meet her fears head on and mine of getting her through this. The love in her heart that I could see made us both determined to make transformation, both in her life and in mine. I had to step up as a leader, I had to show her I wouldn't give up on her. Every day WE showed up, every day, work I am so blessed I could work with her trauma, work with Vibrational Energy Medicine, work with the elementals to bring out the Inner Goddess Dog that I knew was in there. Today she is the most loving, wondrous companion. My guardian. My Friend. 20.01.2022 In Indigenous Cultures all around the globe, there is not just 4 seasons. There are upwards of 6 seasons depending on which area you live in and in many instances the flowers bloom in colour ranges according to the season. Each season is marked by the movement of the stars in the night sky and changes in the weather, coinciding with the life cycles of plants and animals. August in my area is a season of its own: Its called Guling Orchid Season, and it is marked by orchids... flowering, the silver wattle bursting into colour and male koalas bellowing at night. The Orchids have been in splendour these past weeks, and as we come into September, new flowers of different species are leading the way. When we get in tune with our own earth rhythms and that of the land, we tend to be more focused, more grounded and can watch the world unfold around us. Many a time though we are are so focused on grounding ourselves that we forget to look up, and see the gloriousness of the stars and the solar system, which we too are very much a part of. Haven't the stars, the moon and the alignment of the planets been absolutely splendid this past month. When we can connected to Gaia and look up at the galaxies in the sky, we can understand that we are so much part of something bigger. We chose to be here, at this time standing tall and making our presence be part of the all. Breath it all in and know that you are here to do great things. Thank you for being part of my world.

More than 480 billion water bottles were sold world wide in 2016 - imagine what that figure is now. More than half a billion plastic straws are used on a daily basis... 61 MILLION plastic bottles end up in landfill every day 8 million tons of plastic is dumped in our oceans every year The exact amount of plastic in our ocean is unknown but of the 300 million tons produced each year, less than half is being recycled Over 90% of seabirds have plastic pieces in their stomachs Over 100 million seabirds die from plastic yearly It takes approximately 400 years for plastic to break down 500 Billion plastic cups are used yearly Furthermore, pollution is on the rise with 205 times more air pollution inside some peoples homes than outside. Scary aren't they? Toxins can be found in everything - skin care, body care, washing detergent, cleaning chemicals, beauty products, air, water, food, furniture! We are exposing our bodies to toxins every single day and our bodies simply cannot deal with it! We are getting sicker, new diseases and illnesses are forming, peoples immune systems are weaker and people are in actual fact aging faster! These facts are scary but true.. My research nerd in me, once it goes down a rabbit hole, keeps on learning. The environment is important to me, because the Animals rely on us to do great things, so they can have amazing lives. The idea is simple, do a good deed to three people, that in some way would change their life. 13.01.2022 As I feed my dog only raw food, when she has left overs, I leave them out for both the Ravens and Magpies to eat. Both come in and take a mouthful and fly away to feed babies. These past few days, Ms D has eaten all her dinner and there hasn't been any leftovers so the birds haven't been getting any. They have an array of food source around, so it isn't really necessary for them. Yesterday, whilst inside I heard a knocking on my back door, someone was knocking on the glass,... this was very unusual as nobody ever comes to the back door. When I open the door, here is baby Magpie knocking on the glass wanting to be fed. "You want some mince buddy?" I ask him "Hang on, I'll get you some" With that little Magpie walks with me to the fridge, waits whilst I open the door, walks back outside and waits for me to give him the mince, takes a mouthful and then flies off. What a courageous little Magpie, he asked for help when he needed and I was the one who opened his door. Many a time, as humans we are too afraid to ask for help. Too afraid to reach out to others and knock on their door and in some instances we knock on that door, only to realise that we are knocking from the inside of self, trying to open our own inner door to opportunities that life affords us, but forget that we intern have the key to unlock it ourselves. Who is it who is going to open that door for you when you go knocking? Who are you going to reach out to you when you need it the most? There is Always someone there to answer the door when we knock, if they don't hear you the first time, knock a little harder. Someone you haven't met yet is already dreaming of adoring you. Someone is writing a book that you will read in the next two years that will change how you look at life. Nuns in the Alps are in endless vigil, praying for the Holy Spirit to alight the hearts of all of God's children. A farmer is looking at his organic crops and whispering, "nourish them." Someone wants to kiss you, to hold you, to make tea for you. Someone is willing to lend you money, wants to know what your favorite food is, and treat you to a movie. Someone in your orbit has something immensely valuable to give you for free. Something is being invented this year that will change how your generation lives, communicates, heals and passes on. The next great song is being rehearsed. Thousands of people are in yoga classes right now intentionally sending light out from their heart chakras and wrapping it around the earth. Millions of children are assuming that everything is amazing and will always be that way. Someone is in profound pain, and a few months from now, they'll be thriving like never before. From where they are, they just can't see it. Someone who is craving to be partnered, to be acknowledged, to arrive, will get precisely what they want and even more. And because that gift will be so fantastical in its reach and sweetness, it will quite magically alter their memory of angsty longing and render it all "So worth the wait." Someone has recently cracked open their joyous, genuine nature because they did the hard work of hauling years of oppression off of their psyche this luminosity is pervasive in the ether, and is accessible to you. Someone just this second wished for world peace, in earnest. Some civil servant is making sure that you get your mail, and your garbage is picked up, that the trains are running on time, and that you are generally safe. What drives me is to empower as many people in this life time to follow their life path, to own their shit and remember that they can communicate on all levels with Animals and the Natural world around them. It is about awakening them to the remembering of who they are, because as a child you believed in the animals, the fairy k...ingdom and all things magical. You believed with all your heart and soul and till the adult world told you, you couldn't. The animals and the forests need compassionate badass people to do the work and help regenerate the mindset of those still in the unbelieving. When you do your own personal work on a daily basis, and push against those boundaries imposed on you by society, parents and ancestral lines, the freedom of clarity, intuition and vision is crazy and you can see into the unknown. Undoing all the programming of the past so that you can see your own authentic self you too can become a Badass Warrior with love. Being a Badass Warrior has fighting spirit, courage and fearlessness but it also has a deep soulful connection, fear, joy, love and compassion. Who wants that?!!! 03.01.2022 December is an exciting month for which to bring in 2021 and there are only 10 more days until this exciting, life changing event! Jupiter and Saturn will be in conjunction on the 21st December, anchoring in the age of Aquarius and moving out of Capricorn. Jupiter and Saturn were in conjunction in 1980. It is also a special and extraordinary event which brings to an end, the two-hundred-year era of Jupiter and Saturn uniting in earth signs.... Conjunctioning planets is when two planets (objects) appear close together in the sky. But the scale of December 21st’s conjuction, sees them come within 0.1 degree of each other. This hasn’t happened since 1623 and interesting to note, that as this then forms the largest star it is believed to be the conjunctioning of both planets could be what was referred to in biblical times as the Star of Bethlehem While these have been conjunctioning in earth signs for centuries, they have had a strong influence on material security and togetherness. When they come into the air sign of Aquarius, they will bring disruption to established orders and dramatic changes in collective ideas and the way we communicate. This is the time to release old paradigms and drama and as this astronomical event brings in new energies, which are powerful at this time, it is important harness the conjunction of both planets and use this time to for powerful manifestation to create what it is we wish and desire into our life. Remembering that we are the creators of our own reality and we need to watch our thoughts and words carefully in order to speak our truth of our desires and let go of what does not serve us in moving forward. Jupiter at this time is all about our inspiration, and will be urging us to do more, step and be courageous. Saturn's energy will be urging us to play by the rules , but remembering the Universal Laws of which is advisable to be the rules to abide by. . Collectively we have an amazing opportunity to harness this powerful conjunction and create a new earth. It is also important to remember that not only are we evolving in this time, it is also important to remember that the whole of Mother Earth is also evolving, including the animals, who will also be experiencing transformation with their souls journey here with us. This is such a pivotal time to leave behind all that does not serve us and move forward into the new paradigm. Meditation is one way in which to connect deeply to this amazing event. There are many meditations being done throughout the world, and the energy will be high. The best time for us here in Australia to see this amazing event is 4.30am 22/12 AEST. 02.01.2022 Conscious Living I have been watching the four day Conscious and Sustainable Living Workshop and although I am very environmentally conscious, it is always great to hear what other people are doing and implement new ideas. There are so many takeaways, with plastic being at the forefront and how can we stop our use of plastics by simple methods... * Swapping plastic containers for glass bottles * Be aware of how we purchase fruit and vegetables * Swapping our plastic drink bottles to glass Toxicity in our homes is another takeaway and how many of our day to day items are full of hopeful chemicals and what is in the products that we use on a daily basis on our skin. I am constantly reminded by the use of chemicals that we use on our animals, in flea/tick treatments, worming pastes and shampoos used. We would never think of using these products on ourselves, but it is ok to use them on our animals. The side effects of these chemicals are horrible, and simple effective alternative treatments are available and the use of plant medicine (this isn't covered in this workshop, this is my own. knowing) Day 4 (last day) is today if you want to hook in and watch it. 02.01.2022 Day 12. Magic People
01.01.2022 Our outer words and our inner thought process is so important. Especially in the way we reflect it back to animals in our care. I had a beautiful animal communication with a divine horse called George. His issue was that he was the ugly duckling, as a foal he was tall, uncoordinated, awkward, lanky and whatever else you could throw at him, he was it, and he stood out of the crowd. George at 6 years of age was 18.1hh and was a giant for his breed. Because of his size, he... was broken to saddle before his body was mature enough to handle it, he was broken to saddle and put to work before he was mature enough emotionally. Because of his size everyone thought he was ready, when in actually fact he was still a very emotional little kid inside this huge body. His biggest complaint was that he hated everyone commenting on his size, how big he was, how he was this, how he was that and should be able to do this and that because he is tall enough to do such a thing. People forgot to do just the very of basics with him because of his size, he must be older and know what is expected of him. When I saw George in person, he was ready for me to say "OMG, look at your size, how big are you" and all the other tall jokes but instead I told him how beautiful he was and asked him how could I be of service to him to help his achy body feel better. You could see the light come on in his eyes, as this stranger saw him first and not his size. It is important to recognise within ourselves our judgements on others. When we speak them out loud, they have a vibration attached to them. When we think them and project them at others, they too have a vibration attached to them and animals pick up on all vibrations we send. After all, they can tell what kind of mood you are in when you come out the back door of your house and are headed their way. When we leave our judgements behind, and allow ourselves to truly connect to the heart and soul of an animal our relationship grows exponentially.
