16.01.2022 The #PortStephens community has once again broken its own world record for the largest ‘Human Whale’ today, with more than 1,000 locals and holiday-makers joini...ng in the formation of a 150m Humpback on the white sands of Fingal Beach. A community tradition since 2011, The Human Humpback was relocated this year to Fingal Beach from Shoal Bay in anticipation of the biggest ever turn-out and we have not been disappointed. So big thank you to everyone for participating. 05.01.2022 Namaste, Between the dates of 21st September to 1st October 2017, we will be practising particular mantras which ask the Divine to remove obstacles facing the ...USA, and bring about more peace and well being. Please join us in chanting these mantras 108 times each, every morning during this time. It's important to chant the mantras in the order below for maximum effectiveness. 1. Om Gum Kapilaya Namaha A mantra which asks the Divine to fulfill our dreams, particularly when it comes to healing on any level. 2. Om Gum Gaja Karnakaya Namaha This mantra connects us to cosmic consciousness 3. Om Gum Gana Dyakshaya Namaha This mantra is used when we are moved from our hearts to help a country, nation or huge group of people to shift into more empowerment and less fear. It is very sacred, and very strong. When chanting this mantra it is important to connect with your heart and love, and envisage the peace and great things you would like to see for the USA. If you are new to these mantras or the practice of mantra in general we hope you will find these resources helpful; Community Mantra Support: Video files: There is an introduction file, and also recordings of each of the mantras by Shakti Durga, located in the video section of this group (in an album called: Mantra to Heal a Nation). You can access via online community group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/unified.meditation It can be helpful to practice along with these files, call and response style, while getting used to the new mantras. In total the 3 mantra files are about 20 minutes long. If you chanted yourself continuously it could be a much quicker practice. You can chant out loud, as a whisper or in your head depending on what feels appropriate for you that day. Mantra Classes: Access via online community group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/unified.meditation 22nd- 25th of September join in daily mantra class from California USA led by BrahmanKyrie and community. You may like to chant along with the group live, or via the recording at your convenience. This could offer a more potent, amplified or different energy experience while practising the mantras. 26th 30th September join a daily inspirational talk, update and Unified Healing Meditation with Shakti Durga in Colorado.
