24.01.2022 So many of my clients who have been feeling stuck in their business life and personal life Have one thing in common . They have been sourcing their worth from the exterior.... Which so many of us have been accustomed to as we have been operating from damaged self trust . Which has led us to believe that in order to access our worth we need to source it from . Being a good mother A tentative friend How we look Based on how many degrees we have We have been sourcing our worth around our age and weight. Which comes from the natural need to shine to belong, to matter and to be loved We have operated in this way which is invoked in a culture that is anchored from a masculine system of power. This way of operating is not working any longer and as we are moving into a whole new paragdim of operating which is one of Collaboration and Abundance Those who are unconscious will become conscious. What we need to own and realise as an awakened women one that is wanting to self actualise into our God given potential. 20.01.2022 End your cycle of depletion .... It is not uncommon to find my clients operate in a pattern of "Striving to struggle" A conditioned impulse that we have uncons...ciously cultivated as women that has programmed us to move away from our true essence . Yet why so many women are in burnout and overwhelm . In utter confusion about their approach that seems to be backfiring - That has been invoked with a strong will and good effort to achieve the success that they desire . Yet this striving causes exhaustion ... Exhaustion that is not a normal kind of exhaustion that we experience day to day after doing a b c and all our chores .... It is existential exhaustion ( that can be felt in one's whole being emotionally and physically) A sign from the body that signals to the conscious mind- Time to give up your need of 'striving to struggle' This realization can seem very unsafe and threatening when one has been invited to another way of being . Since most women are unconsciously operating this way . Yet when the cost of burnout is experienced , This route seems like the next best route . As it is an invitation to become a living transmitter of expansion and the embodiment of your Souls essence . 16.01.2022 Time to let go of your struggles and welcome your abundance x So easy to live in a state of denial at times because we feel that nobody understands our deeper yearnings and dreams. Sometimes we go into hiding becuase we are not sure how to deal with the unspoken yearnings we feel in the depth of our Soul .... The reality is we are all in this same experience of life We are all feeling the call to create a life that serves us becuase we are in a position that we are now moving up the hierarchy of needs.(abraham maslow) and we are ready to self actualise and live a life of fullness . 15.01.2022 My big struggle is being seen in my authority in my business. I have doubts about faith that I have what it takes to make it work, the value of it. I have a tug of war with myself. My head versus my heart. I have fear around the unknown and this plays with my confidence not knowing how to move forward and if I should even pursue my idea. My recent client's thoughts as I sit and listen on her first call. Listening to her reminded me of my own conversations in my head a few ye...ars prior. 13.01.2022 Woman have defined their sense of self to the externals which has diminished their power and light . Thereby the results to be found in establishing a business cannot be long lasting when there is an unconscious belief that I am not Worthy to have that which I desire .
