23.01.2022 GOING THROUGH POST NATAL DEPRESSION AND PTSD TO A PASSION OF TEACHING Today, we are with the beautiful Helen. She is a mum of 2 children. She is a single mum ...over the last 4 years and that has been difficult. She is a Psychic and a Medium. She is also working full time. She is passionate about teaching. She loves those Ah-Ah moments when teaching people. She has been running workshops over the last 7-8 years. She is sharing about post-natal depression and post traumatic disorder. It does not get talk a lot but it is real. It was hard to admit that she was not coping. She did ask for some help to work through all the triggers. Her learnings are ask for help, be generous with yourself and pick your battle. Her 3 tips to be a Stress Free Mum are: 1/ Learn to extend your energy field. When you are not well, throw your energy outwards. Kids pick on your energy straight away and you can keep them to a good space by adjusting your energy field.
