25.01.2022 Winter feels like a time for hibernation and deepening into the dreaming space. In a way, lockdown has amplified this sense of hibernation and turning inward. There is more darkness in the winter, it is a bit more like being in the soil, like a seed that is growing its roots and I wonder if this is symbolic of our inner processing. In this space of interoception, dreams seed deep within. The first thing a seed will do, is grow its roots, so that it can emerge skyward to the... warmth of the sun. Perhaps it is the same for us perhaps we also have a need to grow our roots into the dark nutrient rich soil of our inner world, to fully emerge into the light with our outward expression. What dreams are you seeding?

25.01.2022 The crows came yesterday to clean away the dead, ready for renewal. I think we are in the time of crow. We know that the way the world works is not working. I... see a sick civilisation, we need our health and vitality back, we need to come into good spirit. Without spirit, we are dead, our soul is absent from the body. I have been following a thread, across the country really ten thousand kilometres across the country. Like most people, I always knew there was more to life. The same goes for this pandemic and the governance of it there is something more going on. When I was in Melbourne lockdown round two, my spirit was getting very unwell. Physically I was doing everything I could to keep healthy, even doing ceremony but I was barely keeping the bad spirits away. I know I hardly ever talk in spirit terms like that but I know that in these times of suffering and corruption, our spirit... our human spirit is also suffering and our Earth is suffering too. So we really have our spiritual work cut out for us right now. These are the conversations I want to see on social media. There is a new era upon us, and that new era is a wholistic one, where we don’t leave any of us behind we walk into it as whole humans spirit and all!

I got into storytelling and star connection. This one is called the Great Forgetting: "A mystical story from a time long ago. In the beginning we were ancient beings from sky world... but when greed entered we became hungry and dependent on the Earth. We began to forget ancient lore... until the day, these ancient beings resurfaced again." May it bring hope and inspiration through these times of immense uncertainty. #beautythroughlockdown

19.01.2022 Hey dear friends, It’s been a pretty challenging month for many. I get a sense that solstice will offer some refuge for people if we can give ourselves what we ...need, what we deeply need. Winter is the decay and rest season after all. They say that this is the time when the trees grow their roots down more into the soil. We have also seen many big old trees uprooted in the latest storms. It feels very symbolic of this misguided patriarchal paradigm, that commodifies the natural world to use at their will. Those who have empathy for the natural world feel this deeply. May we stand in solidarity, together. It’s not enough to dream of a new world we need to heal first, otherwise we will be creating from our wounding. We need to get grounded, grow our own roots down, find our belonging because when we are at home in our own bodies and in relationship with the natural world we hold ourselves accountable and responsible. We get to be the adults, that will initiate our children rather than being the children that remain nieve to the suffering of the world. I was lucky I got a few really good initiatiations into adulthood. The first was bording school. Learning how to self-sooth my homesickness, hold myself and be responsible for myself out of necessity. Then I learnt how to be responsible for others by becoming an Advanced Care Paramedic. I literally had peoples lives in my hands. Now, I feel an even bigger responsibility, for what I know. For having my eyes open to Indigenous knowledge, to connection to country. And now I live that every day. I dream with it through the night. I wake with it When I was Paramedic, it was only in wearing the uniform that I carried that responsibility but now, I walk with it. You can never unsee or unknow deep truths. So here we stand, the Earth crying out and disease, cancer and mental unwellness at the highest it has ever been do you really think we are an advanced civilisation? We have a lot to learn from the elders of this country. We lost our spiritual governance and connection but they continue to hold onto it.

17.01.2022 The feeling of now It is 11.11 as I begin to write. A deep feeling morning, that all familiar feeling of missing my old life the life where lived in the bus...h in a little mud brick home with my beloved, ticking along and then I lost it all. I couldn’t find a place to call home, so I followed the call to become nomadic in deep service to the Earth and the calling of my soul and my ancestors. I couldn’t return to my beloved and there was no other lover so I followed the call of soul dedication, in sole dedication. I unfurled from my insecurities and unhealthy attachment behaviours got off the love drug of companionship and got sober again, to who I am. Got back to my power and that is where I find myself, again and again. Enforced soul-itude & enforced inner retreat. All amplified by lockdown, stripped of my freedom but not of my sovereignty for that is not for the taking. That sovereignty to me is my wild self, my soul, my purpose, my service to the planet. This body is my own, I am nature. I am a sovereign nature being that belongs to the land in which I was born from. *Photo taken by me :)

These healing journeys give you space to sink more deeply into your heart and soul, to set intentions and re-ignite the spirit. ... Healing is both a releasing and a renewing. 06.01.2022 Just writing what arises in this moment... Rain drops fall, eyes to Earth. For a moment she sees into the future. It is too much for the mind, but the heart tak...es it all in. You must walk this, in full spirit you must walk this. It must be true. The guardians have come, civilisation is crumbling as the human spirit is been shaken from the body of rememberance. Many will be afraid, but some will find in them a strength greater than they imagined, a magic that lay dormant for many thousands of years. In the darkest hour, the light will be the strongest. Like a flashlight on a dark moon. We must not run in fear, but instead just keeping walking. Nature connection is our greatest force, no tree can be uprooted when deeply embedded within the Earth. We must learn to trust her again, and most importantly, trust our instinct. Once that instinct made us run from the lion, now it needs to be fine tuned to discern mistruth and manipulation from the truth. We must open our eyes, work with all of our senses and come back home.
