25.01.2022 Refreshing afternoon This was really easy & nice and I’m doing good. Fizzy water, cranberry & pomegranate flavour. Daily dose of Minerals , smart and sassy to keep metabolism in check. So many of the toxins in everything these days effects the metabolism of our bodies big time.

20.01.2022 So I had quite a few extra red capsicum and currently transitioning from all rubbish oils and fats out of my diet. So decided to make marinated roasted capsicum strips.Were you aware that it's virtually impossible to get this kind of thing with any good quality oil from the supermarket let alone a reputable health food store Making your own is best and I just wanted to show how versatile these gorgeous oils are. In a base of Australian Olive Oil (sourced from Nourishing Bites from Townsville, Shelly only gets the best ) One drop of each essential oil, a slice of red chilli, pepper corns and some Himalayan pink salt and there you have. The best you can get at a fraction of the cost.

08.01.2022 So I tried this. I have a tomato extravaganza down in the vege patch. There’s a wee buggy getting in the garden. So I’m trying the peppermint oil in a spray with filtered water and a drop of dishwashing liquid. Help make it stick to the plant and disperse the oil? I have no idea but I’m giving this a go.
