19.01.2022 When I work with steaming and feminine field work for women I get this feeling of breaking through years and years of collective history where women moved away from their feminine wisdom and their female bodies. She went underground. All those things associated with her not holding so much value in the world. It has not been a kind culture for women. And I am so relieved for women now and for the future generations for a new growing era that is feminine friendly and woman kind.

17.01.2022 A home on my street is getting built after the previous home was taken down. Each day walking or driving past I watch the steps involved in building a home. There is something really peaceful about it for me. To witness the stages of growth. The dismantling of old structures, dropping into the earth and making a solid foundation from an idea, vision, plan and design. So much beauty in the process. The pregnancy. Which we are reminded of when we see a pregnant woman or we look up at the moon. All whispering to us its the process where all the richness is.

13.01.2022 Bowls... I have always had an affinity for bowls, round things, the circular. I love to weave bowls, place flowers in bowls, make pinch pots, hold a bowl of hot tea or soup and sip it. I love to place bowls of clay, of textile, of wood, of cane, of raffia, of felt in my home and I like to place things in the bowls. I love gifting people with bowls. To me bowls represent the receiving of blessings, an open mind and heart to new perspective, gratitude, wisdom and the Great... mystery. I work with women and their Pelvic Bowl. When I sing in classes during relaxation I feel I am in a singing bowl, with the tone circulating the room. I am akin to the moon cycles as the bowl of the moon fills and empties. I remember in my early twenties coming to know the moon as a reflection of creative cycles and felt a returning to a wisdom inside. Bowls, circles, cycles, roundness, curves, the feminine and the masculine counterpart, it has been my study, the great reveal, my learning and return to wholeness. So much is in a bowl, so much wisdom. When we hold a bowl, our hands open, receptive, shaping also into a bowl. The women who come to see me long to be heard, they long for a space to feel and to hear themselves. They long to rest in their own wisdom. They long for simple presence so they can drop into themselves. When we receive presence we learn how to give it to ourselves. Presence is allowing and accepting all where it is at. The feelings that get hidden over years an...d years inside cripple women into shapes that are not their own. Through heart and pelvic presence a woman returns into her natural shape. Presence is almost a foreign thing and a forgotten skill. Something many of us are not used to receiving. Presence is the space that weaves the magic. It connects and brings us in touch with the underworld and the upper world landing into our hearts, a bridge to spirit and matter, thought and feeling. To be able to sense and feel into oneself and express what needs voicing is powerfully healing. The most profound healing happens when we have no particular destination, no expected outcome but we are holding the space for the process to unfold in its readied time. Richness tends to be seen as the result but actually the wealth, the true wealth is in the process. Taking it in, nurturing it, feeding it our presence and love and compassionately giving it the expression it requires to loosen old containers of limitation. Presence is simple, sincere and stunningly beautiful. This connection happens through the subtle sphere of the heart held by the pelvic root. You can be on a skype call and more connection than with someone you meet in the physical. The times are showing us that presence is what sustains us and is asking us to dive into a more whole presence like a cormorant dives into water and be with what arises.
