21.01.2022 Having recently watched the absolute heartache of a very close friend losing her young son to suicide, I can't stress enough how important it is to talk about how we feel. This world can be overwhelming, unjust, and harsh, and sometimes, everyone needs a shoulder to cry on, an understanding ear, or to simply be asked, r u ok? If anyone needs someone to talk to, please know you can always message me. Check in on your loved ones, your colleagues, and in particular, the children in your world who may not be able to process their emotions or may feel they are alone.

19.01.2022 I know I've been quiet in this space for a while, but I'm using this time to just breathe, reset, and realign my energy. I hope you are all doing you're best to focus on yourselves and your energy. There will be times in life when things take an unexpected turn, when something you never saw coming occurs, when who you thought you were and what you thought you wanted will be challenged and changed. If you follow your heart wherever the course of life flows you can never go wrong. Even if you don't end up where you wanted to go you will arrive where you need to be. <3 B <3

19.01.2022 Knowledge can be power, or it can be poison. There are concrete facts of life. There are absolute beliefs of life. And whilst one may inform the other, ... neither replaces the truth of the other. Self-awareness is the knowledge we attain through the understanding and skills gained through our experiences with life - how that feels, and the beliefs and shifts in perception we derive from that direct learning experience. This knowledge of self then becomes the cause and effect that influences your patterns and programs - your reactions and responses. Whether the awareness you have gained about you becomes power or poison is up to you. When we debate or negotiate what we feel is right and true for us, a chain reaction occurs. The line between personal and popular blurs. A fearful game of Chinese whispers ensues. Opinion tends to shapshift into facts. The general consensus becomes judgment. Division leads to ignorant intolerance. Alienation lends us into isolation. Inadequacy morphs beyond illusion. Mind full unconscious grows loudest. And we detach from our sense of sentience. None of this transmutation occurs without you, without your permission to be lead beyond you. Truth of self has always, and will always, be singular - unique to you and your heart/soul. Let's not negotiate who we are or what we feel. Let's not confuse your truth with mine. B xo

04.01.2022 Good Morning Gorgeous Souls How are we all feeling? It's certainly been a year of massive change and upheaval, uncertainty and redirection. I know many of us are wondering where we steer our lives from here, and how we can navigate the pathways forward.... I know it can be difficult to centre ourselves in the face of apparent chaos, but I hope you've had the chance to be in the moment, to process this reset from a place of clarity. There has been much to re-evaluate for many of us, and whilst some of us are taking a good look at life as we know it and rediscovering a deeper gratitude for what's important to us, some of us are feeling very overwhelmed. If you need someone to talk to, please don't hesitate. It's been an interesting few months here, and the direction I had planned for this year has taken a slight deviation into newer spaces. But I'm just going to trust that this new alignment is intended, and will be in service to my growth. As many of you know, I have a personal and professional background working with children with additional and/or complex needs. I felt the pull to reactivate this aspect of my soul path, and am working a few days a week at a learning facility for children with autism. This choice to structure my working life around my dual passions comes with some alterations to this work, but I believe it's a healthy balance. I remain in service to spirit, and am happy to finally resume face to face sessions! I am available for these sessions on a Monday, and on Tuesday's during the day. Phone and video sessions are available as usual, of an evening or weekends. Numerology classes and spiritual development workshops will resume regular practice as soon as our venue allows it, but I will keep you all posted as to when that will begin again. I also have some tentative crystal connection workshops on the agenda, and am busy organising a couple of annual retreats. All exciting things on the horizon. I want to say a big thank you to all the new clients I have had the pleasure to connect with lately, and a massive thank you to the beautiful souls whom have recommended me to them.
