18.01.2022 Happy Friday Everyone! I am teaming up from Joel from Crystal Clear Wellness Co and Veterans Retreat to host a Veteran Men's Wellness weekend in Feb 21. This is a free event, with tickets registered through link below. This is open to any male who has served or is currently serving in Army, Navy, Airforce as well as First responders - Police, Fire, Ambulance, SES and 000 operators. Suicide rates are up.. for both veterans and Men in general. A lot of Men in society as well as... veterans are carrying heavy burdens and are looking for ways to find their true selves again This is a weekend dedicated to safe and supported connection - connection to fellow Brothers, an opportunity to leave everyday roles, responsibilities and anxieties behind, a weekend to be yourself without judgement, without expectation. A weekend to be immersed in peaceful natural setting of Veterans Retreat, Mothar Mountain and to learn some techniques to assist you in staying grounded, calm and connected in your everyday life. -Mindfulness and Meditation -Deep immersion and listening in nature -Men's yarning Circles -Fire Ceremony Just a few of the things that will be offered on the weekend. I have returned from my Uluru trip and have some downtime over the next week before travelling to NSW to see family, however felt called to set aside a day where I will be offering Reiki and Intuitive Healing for anyone who is feeling drawn or looking for assistance.
