14.01.2022 Just Arrived... Erreplus Freestyle Dressage Saddle 17" W $4295 This is an Ex Demo saddle, made in 2018, its still in as near new condition. New retail price is $6600, you can save more than $2000! ... This Freestyle saddle is a monoflap model with a high surface knee block and a deep soft seat, layered with shock absorbing foam and a narrow twist. The lightweight synthetic tree is fully adjustable from narrow to xxwide, made as a Erreplus 37 since narrowed to 35, a wide fit. . The panels are shaped at both the front and rear for freedom of movement, the rear sweeping up to free the lumbar area, while the front features SL panels for shoulder freedom, the SL panel is a half panel, there is no panel sitting over the shoulder, look at the front view of the saddle to see how short the panel is. This short panel completely avoids any kind of pressure at scapular level, ensuring a perfect movement of the shoulders. The "Z" panel has a little less flock through the centre to suit a flatter back, the rear of the panel still sweeps up, so don't expect the rear to sit flat against the back, it will lift away freeing up the lumbar region. 7 day trial, within Australia. A 42cm panel as short as usually found on a 16" saddle and a seat that measures 46cm/18". Sommer saddles have a synthetic "Flexus" tree which flexes with the movement of the horse’s back while still retaining its dimensional stability. It is adjustable to fit sizes 27 - 38 (narrow to XX wide). Adjustments can me made an infinite number of times. Currently its a medium wide fit. Made in England, from the best quality leather, laminated wooden tree and pure wool flocking. For the rider: Medium deep soft seat. Large blocks that support but don't lock the rider in. Generous seat width - usually preferred by females. For the horse: Soft wool flock. Medium wide fit. High well cut pommel to suit average or high wither. Dropped panel and full front gusset to help support the front of the saddle. Girthing to suit a forward girth groove, with a tab to move it to a more central position. Includes matching Otto Schumacher, stirrups leathers and leather girth (65cm) and Sprenger stirrup irons. This is the popular shoulder freedom model, with the front panel cut away to allow uninterrupted shoulder movement. The compact, broad flock filled panels and a very open front make this saddle suited to the well built big shouldered horses. It has an average height pommel which is well cut back for horses with an average wither rather than a low or mutton wither. The gullet is adjustable to any size, currently approximately xw - xxw fit. Stamped size 2 seat, which measures 43cm. The deep seat and the knee block set back further due to the cut back shoulder make the seat feel a little smaller than it measures. 7 day trial, within Australia. 02.01.2022 Chunky Monkey Monoflap Dressage Saddle 17" / 17.5" XW $2495 Made in March 2019, in excellent condition. Chunky Monkey saddles are made in the UK, designed specifically for chunky horses and ponies. ... This one has a monoflap for close contact and covered in a soft calfskin leather. A 17.5" seat with a well padded cantle which makes it feel a little smaller. An XW fit with compact tree with close contact wool flocked panels. This is a good example of a 17.5" seat on panels as small as on most 16" saddles! Fitting a short back is no problem. It needs to go on a back with shape and a well covered front/shoulder - not suited to shoulder hollows or downhill sloping backs.
