25.01.2022 Here in the store our days are filled to the brim with the art of making. Even the simplest design requires multiple processes to ensure a product with a finesse that speaks for itself. Right now we are working hard to release our final products for Christmas and we appreciate every single order, conversation and letter of support. Thank you.... We are honoured to be sending a little piece of Australian craftsmanship into the hands of many this season.

22.01.2022 Each single order is personal, no matter how small. Thus we seek to give our full attentiveness, our wholehearted care to the work at hand. Packages are winging their way around the country and the Dubbo store is restocked, laden with thoughtfully made items for our locals to enjoy. The effects of this focus can be seen as we slow down on social media. It’s a certain kind of quietude which allows us space to connect with each individual whether by phone call, email, message... and especially, face to face. December brings with it a certain set of pressures, perhaps even a harried sense to the day to day, seeking to wrap up another year and tick off boxes. We know that perhaps you are feeling this too. So we’re here to say it’s okay to leave some things undone. It’s okay to make this year’s end a reason to pause and reassess there are always greater things, the heart of the matter, to cling to and not give up. 2020 has taught us this well and truly.... Traditions, expectations, and lists are only helpful so much as they bring JOY & foster loving CONNECTION. Join with us in seeking the true spirit of Christmas. Jemima x

20.01.2022 There’s such a happy ambiance in the store today as we open our doors for the final Saturday of the year. And the good news is that we are extending our hours to stay OPEN until 3pm (but of course you can still pop into the shop next week until Christmas Eve). Delighted to be wrapping and arranging so many beautifully made items and wrapping up final orders for 2020 with the personal touches always. We are staying focused on thoughtful ways to enjoy the spirit of Christmas.... This year it will be the qualities of kindness, endurance and generosity which illuminate the season. Items made with love poured into every detail. Excited to share we secured a little more of our signature Caramel leather. Our artisan maker team have been busy crafting one FINAL batch of Classic Totes. These timeless bags are receiving the finishing touches in the workshop TODAY and this means: if you are... local (or can arrange for Dubbo pickup) a limited number of Caramel and Cocoa totes are available to order just in time for Christmas! if you are on our email waiting list, keep an eye for a notification when these are released online. Remember: to be on the list, pop your email in the back in stock form. the final batch numbers will be available on our website by afternoon for a mid January delivery. However if you wish to have your item shipped on its way before we shut our doors for a two week break, you must contact our team before Wednesday morning to arrange. We hope you cherish our final collection for 2020 and we send them off into their new journeys with all our love. x . . . The Classic tote in caramel is our best selling item celebrating six years of design available w/ brass rectangle or oval buckles. 18.01.2022 Beautiful things are coming. Exciting news is that our next print journal is finally on the presses! We can’t wait to give you a little glimpse, as we bring our piece of the country and Australian craftsmanship directly to you. There is much to unfold one small piece at a time, one page at a time. While we cannot travel far and wide, we stay focused on ways of connecting which transcend the distance between us. Now is the time for kind words, handwritten notes, planning imp...romptu picnics and local explorations. We always look forward to sharing a little slice of this country life with you. Here are some updates from our very busy workshop: This week we completed our FINAL batch of the Saddler & Co Duffle Bags for 2020. If you want to secure one of these order online as they have been selling fast and won’t be on our shelves for long. In coming days we will be emailing everyone on the wait list for our Heirloom Picnic Blanket. Keep a lookout, as this will be the last batch for the year! We release handcrafted products in small batches. Leave your email contact under items which are currently sold out and you will be the first to know when they are back in stock! Our signature Cocoa leather has been delayed significantly over the last month. We are planning to release one more collection of Signature items in cocoa during November just in time for Christmas. . . . On the property of our farmer friends down the road. 09.01.2022 Back in the workshop it’s the start of another busy week. There is a crescendo of purpose and practice as we near the end of the year. Now is the time when all the systems and ideas and beautiful products that we make during the year come to their fulfilment. Our small team of artisans are hand finishing the details on our last batch of Weekender travel bags for the year. ... This season our batches have been selling out quickly and we know this can affect those eager to be on our waiting list. Alongside a small restock of our signature leather goods, most exciting of all is a brand new delivery of two artworks made by our local @kyahwilson_art. Just in time for Christmas, local pickup, or express shipping. There is a sense of tranquility in these two artworks. Pictures can’t adequately convey the subtle depth of colour and nuance to be discovered in each piece. This chaotic year has given u...s all time to pause and seek new grounding.
