09.01.2022 Lovely evening meal, beetroot hummus, paneer and roti. Using the right combination of herbs relative to the season this otherwise relatively heavy meal gives contentment and energy. In Ayurveda the use of tinned food (even if it’s organic) is not encouraged, food tastes better when prepared fresh. Ayurveda, so much more than dhal and dosha quiz.... Warning, turmeric and ghee were harmed in the making of this meal .

07.01.2022 As is the tradition, each year a meal is cooked and all are treated to an end of year lunch cooked by the handsome mild mannered teacher. This is to give thanks to all of you who have and continue to support the centre through the last 4 years. Thank you all again and may 2021 be kind to you.
