12.01.2022 Really feeling the deviation of the fires today as the air in Melbourne is thick with smoke!! I woke up this morning in a panic looking around for what was burning as I could smell the smoke inside the house with the doors and windows shut!! . Then upon looking outside I realised it was our beautiful country that was burning!! I can only imagine it’s magnitude since we are getting thick smoke here and we are a days drive away from the fires (about 870km). . My heart goes... out to all those affected and all those who have stepped up to help!! Such a beautiful thing to come out of great devastation!!! .
