24.01.2022 A small family in Clermont QLD is seeking a Live In Nanny to care for their 5 month old baby boy on a 7 on 7 off roster. You will have sole care for the baby for up to approximately 12.5 hours per day during your 7 days on. Ideal for someone who is willing to relocate. Weekly wage. (Wage split so you receive income on the week you also have off) Your responsibilities will include the day to day care of the child - changing nappies, bathing, feeding etc. You will also be requi...red for meal prep for the family, basic household chores and keeping your area of the house tidy. The house is a newly renovated home with kitchen, bathroom, living area, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. You would essentially have the downstairs living quarters to yourself. Looking for someone who is nurturing, honest, trustworthy and who will encourage their child to learn & grow. You are required to have a relevant qualification such as a Cert III in Early Childhood. Experience caring for babies. 15.01.2022 AU PAIR/HOME HELP WITH 2ND YEAR VISA FARM WORK OPTION A father based in Marian QLD (25 mins to Mackay, 1.5 hrs to Airlie Beach/Whitsundays) on a 46 acre Hay Farm is looking for an Au Pair/Home Help. He also has the option for the right person to do some farm work that can count towards their 2nd Year Visa. He requires someone to stay for 6 months. He has 3 children, a male aged 11, male aged 4 and a female aged 1.5yrs. He works a lifestyle roster (5 days on, 4 days off, 5 day...s on, 5 days off, 4 on, 5 off) and will have his children during his time off. He is seeking to spend as much time with his children as possible during his time off but would require someone to be able to care for his children safely if he gets called to go help on the farm during his days off. Predominantly he needs help around the home on a day to day basis, doing things like Meal Prep, domestic cleaning, yard duties such as watering and mowing etc - keeping the home in good keep. This would still be required when he is home so he can focus on spending some quality time with his children as opposed to being tied up cleaning etc. For the right person he is also able to offer some days work on the Farm when you are not required at the home. You will be required to carry out some farm work such as basic tractor driving, spraying, irrigation etc. Training will be provided for this work. You will be provided with full board and meals. You will have your own liveable shed separate from the main house. It has a single bed, wardrobe, your own shower, toilet, fridge and access to laundry. To be successful you MUST be able to legally work in Australia (proof will be required of visa). You MUST have a drivers licence and be able to legally drive in Australia but their will be very limited driving required. You also MUST have experience caring for children, be kind, caring, patient, have a good work ethic and willing to have a go. If you are unable to carry out the farm work or do not do your job on the farm correctly you will lose this privilege, so please only apply if you believe you are competent and fit enough to perform these tasks. You will also be required to obtain a Blue card (QLD working with children check), a criminal history check from your country and obtain your First Aid & CPR. We can assist you to obtain these things. Wage and days off will be discussed but will vary. Your board & meals will account for part of your wage. You would be required to work approx 25 hours per week from 6.30am - 8.30am & 2.30-5.30 monday to Friday. The mother has also mentioned there are other families her current Au Pair has been babysitting for so you are welcome to be employed elsewhere as well during the time that you are not required.... You duties will include School lunch preparation, breakfast for son, help him feed the dog, drop him to school, pick him up from school, take him to after school sport if required, help him do his homework, prepare dinner, daily washing & ironing, daily dishes, daily vacuum, daily watering of plants, daily making beds. You will receive $250 per week plus full board & meals. You will have your own private room with a queen bed, built in robe and air conditioning. Shared bathroom with the mother & son.
