24.01.2022 Why did we develop a new range of safes for Australia? We believe that there was a significant gap in the safe market in Australia. This was for a commercial quality safe suitable for small businesses and the serious home office. This safe needed to be fireproof, have a commercial quality combination or digital lock and be easy to buy. We believe we have achieved this with this new range. They are manufactured by one of the largest safe makers in the world and have either a Securam L02 commercial quality digital lock or a Lexam 1548 combination lock designed by one of the worlds foremost combination lock inventors. But we went one step further, we have packaged these safes for free business or home delivery Australia wide. This takes the hassle out of buying a safe for your business.

24.01.2022 After many months of product and procedure development our website is now live and taking orders.

23.01.2022 When we started to develop our new range of fireproof safes for small business and home office, we knew we needed to specify the quality and features that were important to our customer. We use one of the worlds major safe box makers to build our fireproof safe box. We then use SecuRam digital locks or Lexam combination locks which are recognized worldwide for use in commercial grade safe applications. We specifically use the SecuRam L02 digital lock in all our digital fireproof safes. The SecuRam L02 digital lock is considered worldwide to be one of the best digital safe locks and is the lock of choice amongst professional locksmiths. It provides a wide range of features that small businesses need as part of their security processes. Read more about the SecuRam L02 https://www.safes4less.com.au//en/d3020_The-Safe-Lock.html

23.01.2022 Gypsum is a natural mineral and contains 21% by weight chemically combined water. When exposed to fire, the heat of the fire converts the crystalline water to steam. The heat energy that converts water to steam is thus absorbed. Therefore, we use gypsum in our fireproof safes. 14.01.2022 Why did we develop the Safes4less range of small business home office safes? We could see there was a gap in the market for a quality fireproof safe. While there were a range of safes available from the Big Box retailers, few if any of these had what we would consider commercial features. Here is where we started with must have features/service: 1. The safes needed to be fireproof. 2. They needed a commercial grade digital or combination lock. 3. A range of small to mediu...m sizes. 4. Prices must include delivery Australia wide. After 12 months of development we think we have achieved these goals and have a range and service that we are proud of. Check out the results at our website. www.safes4less.com.au See more

10.01.2022 Why do we keep Coca Cola in our safes? Some online companies photograph their product so that they look bigger than they really are. This is pretty tricky we think. Everybody knows how big a can of Coca Cola is so if we put Coca Cola cans in our safe photos people know the real size. Plus, our safe have fine increment (12mm) adjustable and removeable shelves so you can adjust the space to suit your needs.

09.01.2022 Did you know that while Australian polymer bank notes have an ignition point higher than paper money, they can melt and stick together at a temperature below what most fireproof safes are rated for? That is why we supply a heatproof cash wallet with all our fireproof safes. Keeping cash inside of one of these heatproof wallets inside one of our safes will give you cash enhanced protection in the event of a serious fire. 08.01.2022 Why is a small business safe different from a home office safe? In small business you need to delegate some security tasks to trusted employees. Practically this means that you need multiple access codes to allocate to your trusted employees and you might even implement a security system that requires two employees to gain access to your safe. Most entry level digital safes do not offer features to support such systems. The SecuRam L02 digital lock that we use in all our digital safes supports up to 30 user codes and single of dual access control operation. This means that as a small business owner you can allocate/delete or suspend your safe access codes in line with staff movements or even vacation periods. This is just one of many of the features of the SecuRam L02 digital lock that we use in all our digital safes. Read more here.

04.01.2022 We have quietly turned on our new website and are now in the process of getting our story out. We saw a need for a quality fireproof safe that was suited to the serious home office and small business. Well priced for the features and easy to buy, which means the price needed to include delivery to your home or business. Organising a safe delivery can be a real hassle. Hopefully we have solved this problem by including free delivery.
