19.01.2022 It is with an extremely heavy heart that we announce due to new restrictions imposed by the government, in response to the Covid pandemic, we have to close our facility today. This closure is expected to last 2 weeks. To say we are devastated is an understatement We cannot apologise enough for this disruption once again. The staff and management at Safe Start thank you all sincerely for your continued support during 2020. 06.01.2022 As you may be aware, swimming has recommenced. We have been busy swapping classes around to make sure we can get everyone back in the pool, while complying with density requirements. Thank you to all of you that have agreed to swap classes, we have now met all requirements and can commence! Classes will resume on Wednesday 2nd December. Please note the following changes to our facility due to current restrictions for Term 4: - All parents / caregivers are required to ...sign in via the QR code prior to entering the facility. This will be displayed on our window. If you can not do this, there will be a Covid Marshall located at the front desk that can sign you in on our Covid register. - Strictly one carer per child is permitted to enter the facility. - Siblings are not permitted to enter - Please do not enter until, at most, 5 minutes before your lesson. - Please arrive ready to swim, with bathers on - If possible, please wrap and go. If you are unable to do this, please change as quickly as possible maintaining social distancing of 1.5 meters. - If you or a student are unwell (displaying any of the following, runny nose, cough, temperature, sore throat) please DO NOT attend as we are required to refuse entry for the safety of all patrons. - Showers will be closed for the remainder of the term. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe.
