Rich and rewarding. Well done over the past 6 months everyone. Onward to Phase 2 now. The Tassies are coming home for a while.

A moment to remind ourselves what’s most important in our lives. Family, Health, Safety, Enjoyment... a big acknowledgement of how far this local council has come since starting the SafetyCircle Program in 2015.

10.01.2022 Following our recent SafetyCircle Positive Cultural Leadership Intensive one of our participants Justin Valentine shared a "My Reason" moment: "Afternoon all, Thank you to everyone for sharing they’re wins and inspirations, that help keep us focused on staying inside the circle.... I’ve been investigating with the team what the pressure points are for people putting themselves outside the circle (internal pressure, manager pressure, organisational pressure etc.) which has been very interesting for me to learn. And if I needed a reminder about my reason for staying inside the circle, father’s day was the perfect opportunity. I’ve attached a photo of what I woke up to.
