25.01.2022 Safety Or Sorrow is working at Newmont Tanami Gold underground mine, processing plants and open cut pits from tomorrow for 1 week in the Tanami Desert NT. I am a FIFO for a week, so my main focus will be mental health issues, as this site is in a remote location being on the edge of the Tanami desert with all 400 plus workers and staff being FIFO people, also talking about how important it is to make sure that you go home to your loved ones at the end of your 1 or 2 week stin...t, the usual safety in the work force, following policies and procedures and prevention of accidents. Outlying how important it is to fill in JSA's,TAKE 5's,WAB's etc that its not just a tick and flick process that they do save you from injury and possible death or even injuring or killing somebody else because of your actions. I will also be talking about the affect that it has on you and your families after you have been involved in a work place accident, with the main focus being on don't let this happen to you. Go home after each shift the same way you came, not looking like me or maybe never going home to your family again. REMEMBER --- SAFETY STARTS WITH "S" AND ENDS WITH "U

25.01.2022 Just a update on my talks in NZ Very positive talks with a lot of positive feed back from workers. Really enjoying what I am presenting and hitting home with a lot of them. Having a look underground tomorrow the 3 more sessions then a bit of site seeing then home Wednesday next week. Stay safe everyone

We will be talking about safety in the work force, following policies and procedures and prevention of accidents. 20.01.2022 Great 3 days at Newmont gold mine WA doing safety presentation to all employees. Thank you to everybody that made me feel welcomed and for there hospitality. 09.01.2022 A big thanks to HIC Services for allowing me to speak to there employees and family members at there offices in Mudgee on Saturday. A great day had by all and was a great way of getting the message across about safety by inviting wives, girlfriends and partners so that the message can be pushed not only at work but at home as well.
