25.01.2022 Pair of installs with / without a Shunt A shunt measure power based on the Vmc drop across a calibrated resistor block. Perfectly ok but 100% old school. Leave your shunts in the last century please! Our new CANbus lithium 200Ah do not need shunts. Their BMS calculates that for you.

10.01.2022 Off-road on the big lap with Electric Bike Daniel @overland.exposure is prepping this Iveco 4x4 for the big lap. We are totally electrifying the truck. He has a #surron road registered electric bike. Weighs 50kgs (half of that is the battery) and stores in his canopy. This bike takes a lot of energy to charge the battery. Daniel wants to do this quickly. The Bike’s lithium battery will be replenished from the 700W of solar on the roof and Scotty pulling up to 180A from the alternator. So there is a ton of power. I must admit , I’ve ridden a few eBikes now but this puppy takes the cake. 05.01.2022 24/7 Aircon without 240VAC Power This customer wanted 24/7 Aircon running without site power or a generator. At the end of this video read the result from an 11 hour overnight test. During the day the solar beats the aircon load and still charges the batteries. In poor weather, this customer starts the engine and extracts power at up to 3000W an hour. For every one hour of engine time the batteries have replenished enough for 4-5 hours of aircon time.
