11.01.2022 {patchouli} Love it or hate it, Patchouli is such a staple of aromatherapy. With a deep, earthy scent, this oil sits as a base note in blends and can really create something special. We love it’s grounding action and it’s ability to foster objectivity. We use it when we need to make decisions with our heads rather than our hearts! It has deodorizing and healing properties which lends itself nicely to a variety of skincare products. Let us know- are you team Patchouli?

05.01.2022 {recent obsession} Rosemary has long been a favourite herb of mine, but recently I just can’t get enough! They say you’re attracted to what you need, and I’m thinking there’s some truth to this. Rosemary not only smells AMAZING, but is a wonderfully stimulating herb and oil for brain function. (End of year feels, am I right?!) I love using Rosemary in Vaporiser blends, herbal balms and salves, and even as a dried or fresh herb in bath salts.
