There were a few different brands and different flavour combos - apparently the new convenient lunch But at what cost to our health?? Alternative? Cook your favourite chicken curry or satay for dinner & ensure you have extra for lunches the next day

22.01.2022 Today's 'interesting' product find An Oatmeal Breakfast Blend with 3.5 star rating. Reading the ingredients list suggests otherwise! First two ingredients are water & sugar followed by only 5% oatmeal so essentially expensive sugar water.....with the natural flavours featuring....presumably the ones that give the Nutri-Grain flavour!?! Ignore the marketing on the front & always read the ingredients list!! Alternative?? Soak some oats overnight & add a little cinnamon & honey for flavour
