The aim of these classes are to have a bit of fun with like minded people while stuck at home. All skill levels are welcome. 15.01.2022 After 3.5 years of hard graft, Im hanging up the apron for a while. My last service will be next Friday 31st March. Pop in for a bowl of pasta and say arriverderci. To think that the idea of running my own restaurant was something Ive dreamt of since I first picked up a wooden spoon as a teenager, Im so proud of everything that we have achieved here: 2014 Timeout Best new casual diner 2015/16 One hat SMH GFG And all the other bells and whistles, positive media, Gourmet Tr...aveller editorial et al that we have received. To all the customers, staff, friends and family, media and suppliers, thankyou for helping me to realise a dream. This business was opened on a shoestring, with nothing other than hopes, aspirations and a few recipes kicking around in my head. I cannot believe what we have achieved in four short years. A big thankyou must go out to my homeboys Glenn Choy Pelle Kossmann and James Coleman for digging in with me in the begining and making shit happen. To my beautiful wife @stephanemarion1 yours has been the greatest sacrifice of all. Thankyou for your advice, patience, hard work, love and support over the roller coaster that we have endured. I couldnt have done it without you and I love you so much. To Mum and Dad, I hope youre proud of me. Enough emotion, its time to celebrate. GRAZIE MILLE!!
15.01.2022 My favourite of them all: the rosa bianca eggplant. As tasty as she is pretty, these eggplants have a lower seed count, less bitterness and are favoured by Sicilians for their meaty texture. Thanks @vellutis for the hook up #allasiciliana #sagra2017

03.01.2022 With the worst behind us we are excited to announce that we’ll be opening Tuesday thru Saturday nights for our regular seating times between 6pm and 10pm starting this week. We can fit 18 patrons in at a time with appropriate social distancing measures. Walk ins are as welcome as ever or you can book on our website. The kitchen is eager return to a rotating/changing a la crate menu but with the decrease in capacity the menu will be slightly shorter to avoid waste. We’ve deci...ded to continue offering a set menu available for those adverse to choice, but if you’re in the area you are more than welcome to drop in for a quick feed. We would also like to take this time to sincerely thank anyone that joined in/donated to/helped spread the word about/offered encouragement for any of our silly ideas to stay alive and help our community in the last few months. Your kindness has kept us in high spirits in a pretty bleak time. Special mentions to our lovely kitchen hands Bee, Chai (@ko.surachai) and Moo (@moo.muns) for being so understanding and endlessly positive, Big Sammy (@bigsamyoung) for an incredible amount of support and our Landlord Gary for being patient and allowing us to get back on our feet. #thickcalves
