16.01.2022 FREE MEDITATION THIS MONDAY AT THE SAHAJA YOGA PROPERTY, BALMORAL 233 Railway Parade. After the meeting at the Balmoral Village Hall. ... This will be around 7pm or 7.30pm. Tea or coffee is available at the end if you wish to stay on for a bit. We have been meditation on Monday evenings over the last couple of weeks in the Balmoral Village Hall. Everyone enjoyed themselves and felt much more relaxed and less stressed at the end of the meditation session which went for about 50 minutes. One persons comment was that this type of meditation was so nice and easy, with simple realistic affirmations and balancing techniques that everyone can relate to. There were 11 of us last Monday. Instead of having it at the Village Hall we all felt it would be nicer to have it in Gabrielle and Simons living room as thats more cosy and relaxing. The room is in between the big Hall and the weatherboard cottage in a converted garage. There are three driveways into the Sahaja Yoga property, just take the middle one. Well put some balloons up at the gate. All very welcome. Simon 0413187495 Gabrielle 0408228547

01.01.2022 How Sahaja Yoga was born - 5th May, 50 years ago. On a lonely beach South of Mumbai, on 5th May 1970, a young Indian woman, who was to become a Nobel Prize nomi...nee, and global leader, was moved by immense Compassion to create an unprecedented spiritual experience. Shri Mataji (.org) as She has become known, activated the 7th or Crown Chakra called Sahasrara, the subtle bodys Thousand Petal Lotus, and made it accessible for everybody to achieve their Union or Yoga experience, in a spontaneous way. Sahaja Yoga Meditation was born. The subtle divine power for this awakening experience is called Kundalini (coiled) and She is your Divine Mothering Power, nestled in the Sacrum bone at the base of your spine. When you express your pure desire for Her to awaken She rises up your spine and gives your awareness a subtle breakthrough at your Fontanel (fountain) bone area, at the top of your head. This is the place ritually bathed by water in baptism ceremonies. Every great religion has reference to the Holy Ghost, Holy Spirit, Divine Mother, Sacred Flow, as well as reverence for the Mother Earth, Mother Nature, Mother Wisdom and nowadays the Power of Evolution. Great Saints and others are pictured with the halo, aura, lotus, and Cool Wind of the Holy Spirit flames etc at the top of the head. Shri Matajis contribution to global Spirituality was to show how this, the latent purest power, might be activated by anyone, and declared it should be freely given to all Humanity. www.freemeditation.com.au
