Who is the Target Market - Investor, first home buyer, family, forever home, down sizer etc . 2. How will they use each space within the home? For example, a young family may want that nook area set up with a desk for the kids to study, whereas a downsizer will use that space as a cosy area to sit and read with a cup of tea. . Each space we style is CONSIDERED. Each piece of furniture, art or soft styling is chosen taking our target buyer into consideration. . We understand the market. We know who your buyer is!! I’m tackling our granny flat today because life has been crazy lately, and it has become a bit of a dumping ground! . Right now though I’m still taking it slow and watching Restoration Australia. This episode is the Paganin House, all about the Modernist Architecture of Iwan Iwanoff (nothing like this photo, but I love this artwork and this shot and had to share! ) .... 17.01.2022 Let’s talk about sleep baby... . Your bedroom is your safe haven. It’s where you recharge, unwind, rest, and... sleep.. If your bedroom doesn’t feel like a sanctuary then none of those things are going to happen. . We’ve spoken before about paint colours that soothe and help with sleep (NO fluoro green or pink!!). And we’ve also spoken about linen and the importance good linen is for a healthy and restful sleep. ... . But let’s now talk function... how do you use your room? For me personally it’s a great space to hide from the kids and take some deep breaths when i’m about to strangle them! (not even joking) But it should also be more than that. If you have the space, put in a bedroom chair with a side table or a plant and some good books. Always, ALWAYS have soft, warm lamps that aren’t too bright. Even better, install some dimmer switches as well mood lighting makes a space feel warm and cosy, and that’s exactly how you want a bedroom to feel. How do you use your bedroom? (And lets keep this PG )

We made it!! thank you to everyone who has supported Saige Designs in 2020 and helped us stay out of the nuthouse in particular our agents, clients, families and friends It’s been a MASSIVE year and a wild ride, and we are most definitely ready for a rest!! I’ve never felt more proud of the accomplishments the whole team achieved this year ... We are now closed until Monday 11th January and we look forward to seeing you all in 2021.
