12.01.2022 Hi SASH Gunz, We're sorry you didn't have a positive dinning experience when you came in. Unfortunately in the afternoon we had closed our Tatami tables for cleaning. ... We reserve these tables only for groups of 6 and larger as this is what they are designed for. With current COVID-19 restrictions we would have to have sanatised the whole table and surrounding area even though there would've only been the two of you eating, which is why we offered to you a normal table or to dine in front of the chefs at the Teppanyaki grill. All our lunch specials are very popular as many of our regulars would happily attest to, so we're at a loss as to why you found your meals to be tasteless. All our Teppanyaki chefs are highly trained and love to cook and show off their respective flair. I am the proud owner of Saiko Teppanyaki and have been building on my brand for the last 6 years. I'm sorry you misinterpreted my demeanour to be unprofessional and a bad attitude. We try to accommodate all of our customer's requirements and requests where possible or with in our ability.
