21.01.2022 Some GOOD news at last! The state government has eased the 1.5 metre social distancing for social and competition sailors so we are now permitted to have 2 sailors in a dinghy. All sailors must wear a mask, sanitise, sign permission, and have their temperature taken. We have a committee meeting next Wednesday to discuss return to sailing so PLEASE be patient as a number of procedures are needed before we return to safe Watch This space! This means we can have 2 sailors in one dinghy.nitise and have temperature checked before sailing. ilability Belmont will have a committee meeting this wednesday to discuss return to sailing. PLEASE be patient as there are many steps needed before we can safely return. Watch this space!

We plan to initially sail Tuesdays and Fridays and later on Wednesdays if possible. As the first Tuesday in November is Melbourne cup day we hope to start on Friday 6th November.
