25.01.2022 It's been a while coming but finally with some time up my sleeve I was able to put together a little video on Baruch's adventures down the East Coast of Australia since being shipped to Newcastle from Genoa, Italy. check it out: https://www.sailingbaruch.com/b/baruch-arrives-in-australia

24.01.2022 Once safely inside the Bay, Team Baruch were pretty happy to anchor off the Portsea Pub and get the legs moving with a run along the Point Nepean National Park followed by cold beer & fish and chips at the Pub.

23.01.2022 After a couple of days hanging out in Cowes we sailed back into the bay. Started with one of our roughest rides on Baruch thus far as we sailed from Cat Bay across to Cape Schanck with 25knots of breeze on our beam and the outgoing tide of Westernport fighting that and making for some really messy conditions but once we were in the Lee of the Schanck it was a glamour run with following seas 10-12knots of boat speed and a pod of dolphins that hung around for well over an hour just playing on the front. Kye steered us in through the rip at slack water and clocked up his top speed steering Baruch (18knots) beam reaching with the gennaker up. Once through the Heads it was straight to the Portsea Pub where we anchored for the night and enjoyed a great dinner out back in civilisation.

23.01.2022 Well - its lock down here down at Mt Martha but when life gives you lemons its time to make lemonade!! Such a blessing to have the sanctuary of Baruch in these crazy times. stay safe people!

22.01.2022 Here is a little video of this Summera adventure on Baruch. Enjoy. https://youtu.be/ivLOnISxlqM

22.01.2022 Starting the weekend in style in our own backyard. #morningtonpeninsula #nautitech542

20.01.2022 Long weekend shenanigans on our first family weekend aboard Baruch since her return to home waters. Even the furry girls got in on the action!

19.01.2022 We try out southern Oz Winter sailing.... not too shabby actually. Clears on, heater on, bubbles flowing.... very civilised! Loving the benefit of being able to stay out of the weather on the new Baruch. Game changer!

19.01.2022 Making the most of some post Lockdown freedoms in our own backyard.

18.01.2022 Some more Winter sailing today. 30knots but still super comfortable on board the Nautitech 542... such a game changer this catamaran business.... there is NO WAY that the girls would have joined us on the last boat on a 30knot Winters day sail!

18.01.2022 Oberon Bay. Enjoyed a great sail from Tin Mine to Oberon until Wilson’s Prom did its usual and winds jumped from 20-40knots while we had full sails up. Bit hectic for 5minutes or so getting sails down but such a magnificent and protected bay to enjoy when the Sth easterlies are blowing hard. We stayed overnight before sailing to Cowes, Phillip Island the next morning.

18.01.2022 Two months of Stage 4 lockdown and today finally able to get back out on the water....albeit for only 2 hours within 5ks from home!! Was great to get back out there though even just for a quickie!

17.01.2022 Polishing the chrome and mast fitting check..... finally found a chore Kye doesn’t give me push back being asked to do!!

17.01.2022 Port Phillip Bay so full of life at the moment. Enjoying a few cheeky days onboard with Wifey and was escorted from Mount Martha to Mornington by these playful little fellas.

15.01.2022 We live in a pretty special place! Beers with the boys celebrating James Kenna s 35th birthday. Happy Birthday Kenna!

14.01.2022 Cruising down to Blairgowrie after a lovely overnight in Mornington. We have sailed lots of different places but I’ve got to say that our own backyard is gorgeous.

13.01.2022 Well... I guess if you have to isolate there are worse places to do it!! Gorgeous day down here at Mount Martha

13.01.2022 We have talked about what would happen if I fell overboard... would Team Baruch be able to get a MOB back onboard without me. So I thought I’d test it out! The conditions were ideal but I did wait until the gennaker was up and flying and we were sailing along at 10knots so there was the added challenge to curl gennaker. Most of the crew were busy lying in bed or sunbathing up the front so it was a bit of a jolt to the senses before they realised it was only a drill. I was rea...lly impressed how quickly they got the MOB back on deck- well under 5minutes. Great job team and comforting to know they were able to handle the situation. Next drill will be at night! See more

12.01.2022 After 2 months of not being able to venture out in Baruch we are relishing the opportunity to be back on board... and what an amazing sunset to mark the moment.

12.01.2022 Friday night drinks on Baruch and Liane rocking her Vogue front cover pose. Worse ways to spend iso.

08.01.2022 Our dolphin friends were back to play with us on our sail from Rye to Portarlington. Such beautiful and playful little fellas.

07.01.2022 Warning! No stunning sunsets or cocktails! Boring video which will only be of interest to other cruising sailors and Nautitech owners but in particular its for education purposes of Baruch delivery crew. https://youtu.be/keYEuEKR5Vc

06.01.2022 Kye ditched me as crew today racing the F18.... Pretty sure he made the right decision! Incredible opportunity to sail an Extreme 40. Thanks Michel Van Der Zwaard #extreme40

04.01.2022 We finished up our two weeks onboard with a couple nights anchored off Portarlington. Great little anchorage and just a few steps from the pier to the pub where they serve fresh mussels from the mussel farm just off the pier. Yum!

03.01.2022 Ummmm..... I think I lost my spot!
