19.01.2022 St Francis College welcomed 23 First Year Students to their new home on Sunday. This is an exciting start to the next chapter of their lives as they move to a new town and start university. It is a time when they will create many lasting memories and friends for life. The college building has been designed with noise reduction in mind, creating a quieter environment for study than conventional student accommodation. 11.01.2022 Fees vary according to the type of room requested/allocated and the length of contract period. CSU Students are eligible for a 36 week contract, and UNSW Students are eligible for a 42 week contract. [This is because the UNSW academic year starts earlier and finishes later than the CSU academic year.] Please note that you get to keep your room for the entirety of semester 1 and 2 - That is, you do *not* have to vacate your room during the holidays at Easter, mid-year, etc. regardless of whether you are on the CSU contract or the UNSW contract.
