24.01.2022 Imagine... You arrive to work welcomed by friends that are excited to see you, love to laugh, have fun and want to support you. The salon is beautifully cleaned, and your station and trolley is set ready to go. Your new salon space is organised, the salon looks and smells beautiful and the music just enhances the professional environment. You come to work In an environment that takes their covid safe protocols seriously - it makes you feel safe.... The products you use on your clients hair are of the highest standards, and the whole salon is systemised so that everything runs smoothly. There is no need to stress - you have a TEAM that work alongside you to support you. Each week you sit down with one of the salon owners Amanda or Ellie at a local cafe when it’s safe to do so, if not (due to Covid:19 restrictions) there is a large staff room out the back where we meet. It’s a one on meeting where you can unpack all your thoughts and then bounce back into the salon. We check in to see how you are going and how we can help you - so that you feel fresh, inspired and supported. Also you get to be part of our team meetings where you know all about what’s going on in the salon, new products, new services, events - no one is in the dark... as we are a team. You also get to come along to any training events we go to and also be part of our insalon training days No need to worry about your hair again, you can have your hair cut and coloured for free! We want you to look and feel amazing just like our clients. At the end of each day you get home feeling relaxed and content. And when the night is done you hop back into bed excited about tomorrow.
