22.01.2022 Happy New Year Saints. 2021 starts with some more exciting milestones. Club stalwart Shane Mayoh lines up for game number 150 this weekend in the 6th XI clash against Scoresby CC. ... Shane has been at St Andrews for many years. His father Barry is a club life member and Shane has ensured the Mayoh name continues to contribute across the club with his own kids also being super keen Saints. Shane has played various grades over the years. He has knocked up 2,532 runs @ 20.75 including 11 x 50s. His best was 85* vs Knox City. Shane has also snagged a handy 50 wickets @ 26.14 with his best bowling being 4/42 vs Templeton. Shane continues to be the backbone of the thriving junior club. A contribution that is visible for everyone to see. Get amongst it tomorrow More Mayoh and enjoy the day. We also wish Dylan Sanete Cuthbertson all the best tomorrow as he plays game number 50 when the 1st XI take on Warranwood at Manson Reserve. The first games milestone of many coach! Well done fluff.

Aaron had been given the role as opening bowler in the 2nd XI for the first part of the season and has taken the role in his stride, Aaron has so far accumulated 7 wickets at 20.29 with his best of 3/11 in the first 6 rounds.... 14.01.2022 MONDAY MILESTONES Round 2 has been run and won and despite mixed results across the grades, we saw some more handy milestones achieved on Saturday. Ryan Catterall brought up run number 1000. Whilst the ‘Big Cat’ is best known for his relentless bowing efforts, he has played some extremely important lower order knocks over the years. Ryan has made 1001 runs @ 15.17 with a top score of 64 vs Wonga Park. ... Well done legend! Dylan Cutherbertson claimed wicket number 100. In a best afield performance vs Warrandyte, Fluffy claimed his best St Andrews bowling stats of 5/31. He now has 103 wickets @ a tidy 16.19. Keep spinning us in coach! And Tom Rosevear also claimed wicket number 100 (& number 101, 102 & 103!) with his BOG match winning performance in the 4th XI. Congratulations Tommy. Well done to these three fellas. Keep the milestones coming boys.

The last few months have been quite tough, but this is a great opportunity to let off some steam and catch up with mates. 06.01.2022 Round 2 and the milestones just keep coming at St Andrews CC. Tom Rosevear chalks up game number 100 tomorrow when the 4th XI take on Croydon Ranges. Tom is a dual premiership winner that has contributed for many years now with bat, ball and gloves. Tom has amassed an impressive 3029 runs @ 36.06 including 18 half centuries and 6 big tons! His highest score is a famous 153 vs Heathmont Baptists. ... Despite wicket keeping on many occasions, Tom has also snagged a handy 99 wickets @ 17.25 including a couple of 5 wicket hauls. His best being 5/12 vs Lilydale. We wish you all the best Tommy, let’s see a couple more of those towering sixes and let’s hope captain Millar gets you a bowl so you can nail your 100th wicket in his milestone match. We would also like to congratulate 3 great club men on reaching the 50 game milestone this week.
