17.01.2022 Busting out some seasonal tunes in Mornington. What beautifully fun morning despite having issues with guitars, iPad.Apps, batteries, power, being in the "wrong spot" and really bad smoked tofu. Thanks Rachel Donnelly Music for a fun day.

14.01.2022 Recording is about capturing a feeling. Yes. Microphones and gear and a set of ears are all important but ultimately the feeling is what connects us. I love working from home and working with artists in this space.

12.01.2022 A quick little reminder. I will be at Chosen Bean Cafe & Coffee Roaster all day today for back to back shows. Private one this afternoon followed by a public one starting at 6PM and going until 9PM. The burgers, beer and coffee are amazing. It's wonderful to see so much music starting back up again and I implore you. "Be not afraid!" Go and support your local musician whoever that may be.

11.01.2022 I’ve noticed that SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is starting to set in for some. Mindful Self care is a small thing you can do for your beautiful self. Here’s a quick one I thought of this morning. Use this or write your own. This weekend, as the cold sets in, find a quiet place, pick a flower, light a candle and place you preferred hand over your heart. Breathe into your heartspace and then breath out. Soften your gaze or close your eyes. ... Notice your feet. Wiggle your cute toes. Breathe in... Breathe out.. Notice your knees. Give thanks for them. Scan up your body, wherever your attention lands, give a word of thanks to you body. As you continue to breathe notice any faces or objects that are crowding your mind. Imagine there is a bubble of light around you. Breathe in this light. Gently blow the faces outside your light bubble. You breath is powerful, you don’t need much. Do this until all the faces or negative objects are outside your light bubble or start to fade. Now breathe normally. Allow your chest to rise and fall naturally. Notice this. Stop and listen to the warmth of your own heart. Think of a powerful word of love. Whisper this word to your heart. (Please note, mindfulness is not a substitute for care provided by a health professional, it is a wonderful supplement, but if you are struggling, please take a step, see your doctor and get some help).
