22.01.2022 What’s in a name? Who or what is Saint flo? I named my business after my youngest sister Laura, who we called Flo. Laura had multiple severe disabilities but was and still is the most AMAZING person I know. She had a heart-warming joy, contagious smile, strength like no other and most unique way of communicating without words. Her smile made you smile, her eyes sparkled without seeing, her wonderful wacky sense of humour will be forever remembered, she was so very unique and ...oh so dearly loved. It’s been just over 10 years since we saw her beautiful smile. In her short lifetime she touched far more than I can ever. We call Laura a Saint, Saint flo. Whilst for now I cannot see her, I can feel her all around me. She is my inspiration and the reason I left 20 years working in disabilities and training to study my passion of design, and so Saint flo.DESIGNS commenced.
