As well as making awesome @camposcoffee and remembering the orders of most customers, she ices the hundreds of lemon ricotta cakes and carrot cakes that fly out our door every day. 11.01.2022 Many of you will know chef Luke. Hes the guy behind our weekly soups, tasty ciabatta rolls and Glebes favourite avo toast. Luke has worked in some of Sydneys top restaurant kitchens but loves the flexibility of the cafe and getting into some of our baking. And we love his work!
