24.01.2022 Did you know you can use bananas to ripen firm avocadoes? Bananas produce ethylene gas which triggers ripening, so next time you have an avo that’s just that bit too firm, pop it in a paper bag with a couple bananas and you’ll be making guacamole in no time!
