24.01.2022 CONQUER CRADLE MOUNTAIN TO BEAT MS Can you imagine waking up one day unable to walk or see - at all? You physically can’t get out of bed or even walk to the phone to call someone anyone. This is the reality for many diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. By joining this adventure, you can help raise funds to ensure that people living with multiple sclerosis have immediate and ongoing access to expert advice and vital support services so that no one has to face MS alone. Fundr...aisers and donors make the design and delivery of essential MS support services possible - while the search for a cure continues. We can’t thank you enough for supporting us on this incredible trekking challenge, and we can’t wait to have you on the team. 24.01.2022 To all of you that are in MS Support Group Newcastle/Lake Macquarie Hi all,... Yipee we are back so the first meeting back will be at Blackbutt Reserve for MS World Day. JUST pack yourself some thing to eat and drink . I will pack the sanitizer and we will still have to 1.5 meters apart . i can't wait to see u all . Date 20th May The kiosk won't be open so if want a hot drinks u have to bring your own If it's pouring rain it won't on stay at home Hope to see you there Sarah

19.01.2022 MS Support Group Newcastle / Lake Macquarie Hi all, I hope you all enjoy Anthony's talk . As I told everyone I have to change the day of the next meeting to 20th October as I have something else on the wed. Sorry . Now I need to know who is coming to The Hunter Wetlands . ASPS please... As for the Xmas Party there is a change of location , it now will be at Newcastle Foreshore Park (the old railway sheds near Customs House) ,the new time will be 12pm 18th November. more info to some. Anybody is welcome The meeting on 16th September the speaker will be Anthony from The Church of UBUNTU on the benefits of Canabis / Hemp Oil . So I had changed Wetlands to the 21st for October. This is what we have on 19th August the speaker will be Anthony from The Church of UBUNTU on the benefits of Canabis Oils/Hemp Oils. And in September 16th we are visiting the Wetlands. 17.01.2022 MS Support Group Newcastle / Lake Macquarie Hi all, The meeting on is 0n 20th October not 21st as i have appointment . I need to know who is coming to The Hunter Wetlands . ASPS please. The costs ... Entry price to the Wetlands are: Senior Entry $5 Group entry > 10 $6 General Entry $7.50 Guided Walking tours (add to entry) $5.00 hour - $10.00 per hour. Buggy Tours (add to entry) $5 per half hour tours. Buggy numbers are limited to 8 per trip. In 2 buggies - 1 wheelchair per trip. So please keep in mind if there is more than 8 wanting the buggy tour your time will be extended by another 1/2 hour.
