20.01.2022 Development application (DA) is lodged Mascot secondary dwelling - granny flat DA is lodged to Bayside Council. This is an upper storey addition to the existing brick garage. I am excited and look forward to coordinating the project with the council and receiving a successful approval. This is my 5th secondary dwelling project in Mascot that all received approvals since 2016.

15.01.2022 New project I am excited about starting a new project in Mosman, Sydney. The site has amazing harbour views towards Manly. It is alterations & additions to an apartment block. The project consists of: - New front parking structure - New rear parking... - New front communal space - Addition of new balconies towards the harbour I provided 4 planning options for both front and rear so far and consulted the client preferred option to Mosman Council. I am currently developing client's preferred scheme. I look forward to sharing more images as the project progresses. See more

15.01.2022 New project I started a new internal design project for a home in Bexley, Sydney, which has a classical character. First task was getting the internal measurements. I had a very pleasant experience where the client helped me on measuring and I was even offered with the most delicious desserts and coffee afterwards. I look forward to working on this project further and getting a successful result.

12.01.2022 New project I have been working on a shop fitout project in Brisbane Westfield We are nearly there for the approvals and I look forward to completion soon.

05.01.2022 New project I am working on a new project which is front additions and a new rear pergola for a large home in Dural, Sydney. Planning is coordinated with the client as well as design development with 3d modelling. The clients preferred to upgrade the home by rendering the external walls and adding a classical style front portico and a new bedroom. This project illustrates that I am able to work with clients' visual preferences and design to suit.... I am in the process of preparing development application package and I look forward to lodging it to Hornsby Council and coordinating further for an approval. See more
