23.01.2022 CONSTRUCTION HAS BEGUN! We’ll be sharing updates on the dormitory construction shortly. In the meantime, we need to get a head start on fundraising and fill...ing our student sponsorship spots. Please share this with your friends & family and send all interest & questions to Monique via [email protected] {insert happy dance here }

22.01.2022 On behalf of all Sai’s team and all the world's children out there, I am sending love and care to all Sai’s mothers and to every mother, with the warmest regards for this Mother’s day in both Aus and NZ at this special period of time. It doesn't matter if all the restaurants in the world can’t provide you and your mum their full services at this time. But we restaurants are trying our best to continue to convey our services, in biodegradable container form (Tip! swap quick...ly to your own fancy plates), with absolute contactless service to mum's door (we knock and leave).. So, why not ? call us! For Old Bar people, our Chef Mon, Sai’s team and all other chefs in Old Bar are getting ready now to be ordered from you! Just give them a call! For Napier people and neighbours, please go to the links below to pick one of your mum's fav restaurants and order a wonderful meal for her (or for the whole family!) Thanks to those talented people who have worked tirelessly to bring businesses together in one convenient place, as per the links below: > www.hbathome.co.nz and > www.napiercbd.co.nz And if you are looking for an extraordinary last minute gift for mum, just click here > https://napiercbd.co.nz/things-to-do/ Too many to choose from? Hard to decide? Go to Sai -> www.saieatery.com Hard to find the right gift? Say Hi and click for collect or delivery at Naya Thai Pottery’s >> Naya Thai Pottery or www.nayathaipottery.com Happy Mother’s day to you all. @ Sai Restaurants Limited

22.01.2022 The exotic smell of the burning wok and then tasting the most classic flavours of real Pad Thai ... this is only at Sai. #onlyatsai #modernthaicuisine #saioldbar #sainapier #fusionthaifood #nayathaipottery

16.01.2022 Our very own Head Chef Mon has invented this ‘TOFU CARAMELISED’, not only for Vegans to enjoy, but for all. He has blended Thai and Chinese flavours together to create crispy silken tofu dressed in a sweet homemade, caramelised, five-spice sauce, paired with white wine vinegar, fresh chilli for bite, and topped beautifully with the bitter sweetness of crispy garlic. #OnlyatSai #fusionthaifood #saithais #saioldbar #sainapier #thaifoods #modernthaicuisine #modernthaifood #tofulovers #veganfood #vegetarainfood #asainfood

10.01.2022 #sai’sfav #napiercity The salmon deep fried until golden colour then topped with the rich tamarind dressing sauce and crispy red onions ... yummm ... the Tama...rind Salmon, is my most fav dish at Sai. It’s all happiness in each bite. This is pure and truly Thai favour. Don't miss it . Every collision of the favours will take you back to Thailand. Oh, you'd better try this, this is a must ps. great with this the best mocktail ever, the blueberry cooler Jie Xiao Chen, Sai’s Napier Team

03.01.2022 #saisfav ‘There are many dishes that I love at SAI but the Larb Salmon is one of my favourites dishes. Because of how fresh it is, the flavour of the Salmon with coriander, mint, the texture of the toasted crunched rice and dried chilli tossed in Sai Thai’s special house dressing, I love making it but eating is just something else...’ Jessica Winston(Sai’s Old Bar Team) ... #fusionthaifood #onlyatsai #oldbarfood #oldbarbeach #saithais #napierfood #sainapier

03.01.2022 We are so happy to be able to show off my beloved nephew - Kom. His HSC Visual Arts works has been nominated for Artexpress. Kom loves and enjoys photography (... as much as I do ) His passion and happiness have been clearly found on his works. We are so proud of him. And of course, he should be commended for his achievement. Congratulations, Kom. I can’t ignore to say to his little brother, Camp. He has also achieved the numbers of merit awards on many subjects since he... has studied in Australia which made us proud of you too, Camp. Studying abroad is a hard one, but living overseas far from parents is something harder and I could tell that they have done pretty well. Sai’s Family (Aunty Sasi)

03.01.2022 The best Sai’s homemade refreshing dessert ever ** Coconut sorbet topped with peanut and evaporated milk yummmmm At Sai’s Old Bar & Napier !!
