24.01.2022 Today we open our doors for the first time in weeks! We are so excited and can't wait for you all. It has been very heartbreaking to cancel bookings during the lockdowns and we are so grateful for your patience with rescheduling and fitting everyone in. We are currently working to answer all enquiries regarding bookings and may take longer than usual to get back to you. Please be patient as we work through this process. A few important things to note regarding appointments: ...- Please ensure you arrive alone and are no longer than 5 minutes late for your appointments - We can only have a small number of clients in the salon at one time per our COVID Safe Plan. - You are required to sign-in upon arrival and sanitise your hands - Mask must be worn at all times during the appointment. 11.01.2022 To our lovely clients, As you know, COVID19 continues to impact our daily lives and our ability to deliver services to you - our wonderful clients! After some careful consideration, we would like to announce that from the 28th of July 2020 we will reopen the salon and start taking appointment bookings again. To ensure the safety of our staff, clients and the community, please note the changes below that will take place moving forward. 1. All customers will be required to pro...vide their full-name and contact details in accordance with record keeping requirements by the government. 2. All customers will be required to wear a face mask in store. We have the right to refuse service should you wish to not wear one or if you are feeling unwell. 3. Appointment bookings for August will be limited to comply with social distancing rules. 4. Customers must attend their appointments alone and no plus ones will be allowed. We will continue to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces across the salon and provide sanitisers in store. We appreciate your patience, understanding and support during these unprecedented times. What will this mean:... > All appointments will be cancelled and we will be in contact with those clients who have a booked appointments. > We will not be able to accept any bookings until further notice including home visits appointments.
