Our chicken katsu and karaage are made from FRESH chicken breast fillet and our supplier is one of the busiest meat companies in Sydney. 14.01.2022 Good morning Kings Langley, We have had a few customers question the warm rice of our sushi and sushi boxes. In Japan, sushi and nigiri are eaten at room temperature but according to Australian heath and safety guidelines they must be kept in refrigerated display. During lunch peak hour, occasionally the rate at which sushi sells is much faster than we make it. So once made, we cut them, pack them, the seaweed is still crunchy, the filling is still hot and the rice is still warm. Once these are made that means it is extremely fresh.

Our salmon is supplied by a renowned seafood expert in Norwest Market-town 6 days a week, except no fishing on Sunday. Our salmon is curated by our experienced chef who has over 30 years experience. The salmon is skinned, filleted and sliced with a Global Japanese sashimi knife (made in Japan). - Sakura

03.01.2022 All our takeaway menus have been taken, and printing has been postponed because of current events but we have menus for our other restaurant Fuku at Seven Hills available for view, but please be advised that items have changed over the years, so at Sakura there are many more options available. Our full Sakura menu is available either on our store front, on Uber and on Menulog. Please have a look there!
02.01.2022 Good morning, I would first like to apologise for the dilemma with our menus and the confusion we have caused. I have had many questions about our restaurants menu. They have been printed but due to the COVID-19, delivery has been postponed and they are stuck somewhere. So at this moment we are using our other restaurants menu (Fuku Japanese Cuisine) as a temporary replacement. ... Please keep in mind that this menu is about 3 years old and over the time that we have operated our other store we have curated the best dishes and introduced many new ones that we believe you will love. I hope you can understand that the menu may not be the most updated version and there are certain things we do not sell anymore and I know it can be confusing for all just the same as it is confusing for us. I will try my best to finalise our restaurants official website this coming week which will contain our full updated menu. Because it has been so busy we have had to push the release back a little. When it is finished I will link it to our Facebook page and you can all access our new menu. Thank you for being patient in this hard and stressful time. - Sakura
02.01.2022 Happy Easter to all, My staff have raised a few issues with our items on Menulog. When the team at Menulog uploaded my menu onto Menulog they mixed up the inari and maki roll prices and switched both of them. Please be assured that my staff have provided each customer who has ordered either of these items with the right ones charged under the right prices. This morning I have requested to Menulog for this issue to be fixed ASAP. I hope there are no further issues with the items, but please be assured my staff will provide the items according to the prices as we do not wish to disadvantage and overcharge you. - Sakura
