This" Hon-wasabi" is produced by using the traditional grating tool for wasabi "a sharkskin grater or samegawa oroshi", and packed freshly. We are currently serving "hon-wasabi" with Sushi Niguri and Sushi Moriawase and Sashimi. ... Our recommendation for enjoying its texture and flavor of Hon-wasabi is "Sushi Moriawase in Japanese style" which is thinly sliced fish with smaller pieces of Sushi rice "Shari" than normal size.
