23.01.2022 It’s unbelievable, that I have waited this long to taste Bunny Chow Down’s Vegetable Mustard Pickles. One of our employees uses it to make dip. You know the old school Corn Relish Dip? They use BCD Vegetable Mustard Pickles, instead of corn relish. 21.01.2022 If you are looking for an amazing Gingerbread House, pop in to see Dutchy and Amber at Dutchy's Bakehouse. They would make a fabulous Christmas present. While your there try some of Dutchy's legendary sour dough bread, baked the traditional way. If you want a scrumdillyumptious treat to take home, ask them about their Olie Bollen. They are a Dutch donut, with fruit inside. $1.70 each or $15 for 10. I recommend that you get 10, because once you try them, you will wish that you had more. We added a tomato , capsicum, & onion gravy, and served them with creamy mashed potato & braised cabbage , carrot , broccoli , cauliflower and beans. The Kenilworth yogurts, are the creamiest, most scrumdillyumptious, yoghurt I have ever tasted (I am very fussy with my yoghurt). We donated a scrumdillyumptious assortment of meats, pates, cheese , and antipasto, to help the North Arms S.S, on their, Christmas in July, Trivia Night/Dinner. We did a 1.2 m grazing table, using Stotts Delicacies Mustards, Maleny Cuisine chutneys, Juliannes Kitchen pates, pastes and terrines, Woombye cheeses , Kenilworth Dairies cheeses , fresh fruit from First Fruit Shed, Borgo preservative free mild & hot salame, and Beachmere Butcheries scrumdillyumptious Wood Smoked... Ham. Rowie at First Fruit Shed, has the freshest fruit and vegetables on the Sunshine Coast, she also stocks everything that you need to put together a Yummilicious grazing table or banquet, for your Christmas and New Year celebrations . 07.01.2022 I made a scrumdillyumptious Green Thai Curry Chicken tonight. It was super quick and easy to make. I used Simon Johnson Coconut Cream, & Simon Johnson Green Curry Paste(both are from our Gourmet Range, and can be purchased through Salads Direct, or for our Wholesale customers, through Premium Wholesale Foods). To make it even less fuss, I added 3/4 of a packet of PM Fresh Mixed Vegetables, available through PWF, for our wholesale customers, and from a store near you, ...on the Sunshine Coast. I chopped the freerange chicken thighs up, but you could easily buy precut chicken . I added about 1 cup each of cauliflower and peas, corn , capsicum mix, and a 100g pack of PM Fresh Baby spinach to finish it off, with a bit a freshness. To serve, add a squeeze of lemon juice, and some fluffy, steamed Basmati rice (you could make it even simpler buy purchasing precooked ), on the side. Dinners done. 04.01.2022 I always feel like a professional baker , when I cook our scrumdillyumptious range of pastries . Tonight, I have cooked Meat & Vegetable Pasties, Lamb & Rosemary Triangles and Hawaiian Triangles. They take about 30-40 minutes to cook, in a hot oven. I flip mine over, half way through, so they are evenly browned, on both sides. A couple of weeks ago, we cut some of our 17cm Chicken , Cheese , and Bacon Rolls, into 4, to make party roll, size pieces, for my bestie...s 50 th birthday , and we baked some Mini Spinach & Feta Triangles. They disappeared like magic. Quick and easy to prepare, and suitable for any occasion. Everyone will think that you baked them yourself, because they always turn out perfectly puffed, and Yummilicious. The Triangles that are pictured, are our X-Large range (140g).
