We believe in good old fashioned family values. Salads Galore, would not have existed without Tim Parke the first father of Salads Galore. Tim contributed his blood sweat and tears into our business for decades. He, along with his wife Kerry built strong ties within our community and solidified our position as ...a quality food processor within North Queensland. Tim was also the brains behind the development of many items of machinery which are still present and in use within our factory today! While he is no longer with us at Salads Galore, his spirit, knowledge, skills, and values are still very much present in his sons. Tim is survived by Robert and Tom, who contribute daily to our facility, ensuring that you receive only the best quality vegetables and salads possible.
