24.01.2022 The CFD Committee has sadly decided to postpone our plans to run a Community Fun Day in early December due to the likelihood that restrictions will not allow for a large gathering of people at that time. This will be the first time for 18 years that we have been unable to run this fantastic community event. This morning in church Brad talked about so many good things but there was one thing that resonated with me the most; God wants our honest prayers, not our token prayers. God is full of grace and forgiveness. He is big enough to take our anger or our hurt. He wants us to communicate with Him, which means sharing our sadness as well as our joy. He gave us prayer so that we could talk to Him about our lives, not as just something else that we need to tick off. How amazing is it that God wants us to talk to Him even when we might be upset with Him when something goes wrong as well as the times when we are excited when something amazing happen.
